Ribbon Cable in mine was fine. The problem maybe the scanner board, encoder or the whole assembly. What should I do sir? Can you suggest?

My printer is just almost one month old and I already encounter this error.🙄 What do you think is the reason, sir?
The cuz of this error is the scanner...if the printer is new you can avail the 1yr warranty thru service center just present your receipt
it actually works but in someway, it didn't turn on, the power button just turning on the light when i press.
can i still print with P22 error?
