    Ingredients
    1 kilo Chicken Tikka
    1-2 tbsp oil
    1 tsp Garlic and Ginger paste
    ¼ tsp mixed powder or curry powder
    1 tbsp onion paste
    1 tsp tomato puree
    Water
    1 can chickpeas
    1 cucumber diced
    3 tomatoes diced
    1 red onion diced
    1 bell pepper diced
    2 tbsp yogurt
    1 tbsp tamarind pulp
    1 tsp mint sauce
    good pinch Chaat Masala
    Pinch cumin powder
    handful of chopped coriander
    Tikka
    2 large Chicken Breast Cubed
    1 tbsp garlic ginger paste
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    pinch of salt
    3 - 4 tbsp yoghurt
    1 tbsp Tandoori masala powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 ½ tbsp curry powder of choice
    1 tsp garam masala
    1 tsp coriander powder
    ½ tsp cumin powder
    1 tbsp kashmiri chili powder
    1 tsp kasoori methi
    ½ tsp ginger powder
    1 tsp chili powder
    pinch of colour

    That Tikka Chaat looks absolutely fabulous! Protein rich with fresh vegetables is a winner for me! I have to order some Chaat Masala powder.
