It takes quite a lot of emotional and mental energy to hawk eye your partner and make sure they are behaving themselves. Some people don't listen to words, they listen to anger, physical cues (like a kick or a slap perhaps) but we don't use unnecessary energy for someone who's supposed to be using their own energy but try to have us utilise ours FOR THEM due to their lazyness and laid back ignorant stance; as opposed to our open eyed awareness stance of dealing with what got to be dealt with in due productivity using the necessary required energy to do so. in my case however we broke up and she was good with it (I hope) and it seemed like we both understood that we're not for each other. It was a mutual understanding that I had to build foundations for and, like you, took me weeks to grow that tree. Still love her though... I don't blame a blind person for not seeing. I love everyone. Just, alot of the time, I just don't particularly love what they do.
my big emotion as an Aquarius that I hide very well is sadness. I haven't cried in years. I'm always the positive one that tries to make everyone smile. I don't like to be in a negative environment. Beautifully said, handing our power away in every situation is what an extreme show of emotion does. I'm a small girl, only 5'2, and thin, but once had my cousin's boyfriend try and hit me. Instead of me running, I looked the guy straight in the eyes and laughed in his face. You know what that did, it threw him off, and gave me enough time to dodge his fist and scream for help. People feed of your hurt, feed off your fear, especially negative ones, which is what aquarius gets. Same thing with jealousy, aquarius just naturally understands why not to feel jealous. And out of all signs, should we feel that emotion, be it because we are jealous of other people, we always remind ourselves that there's only one of us, that our pattern of being isn't random.
I love this breakdown. I think it’s hilarious how people think we don’t have emotions but turns out our emotions are so strong that we have come up with a coping mechanism that makes it look nonexistent to the outside world. I have personally always felt this way and Rich explains this perfectly.

The way I see it, if you don't have any haters, you're doing something wrong 😁😁 I've experienced much more hating than this in the past. So I can deal with a few.
I'm a Gemini female. I was with an Aquarius male for two years. I loved him but often felt myself holding back with my feelings because I didn't know where he stood. During those two years he never told me he loved me. I was putting so much effort into the relationship but by the end of it I was drained. Completely exhausted. It didn't matter how much I communicated my concerns to him - He just wasn't getting it. Furthermore, he was unfaithful. I wanted to know what was lacking in our relationship which made him feel as if he had to go outside of our relationship to get it. However, he didn't have any answers at all. In fact, he denied he was unfaithful to begin with, although I stumbled across the truth and showed him the proof. When he finally owned up to it he had this "I've already said I'm sorry. Now let's move on" mentality. He failed to understand that we, him especially, would have to work on rebuilding our relationship before we could move on. He just didn't understand the emotional impact his actions had on me. It was honestly like talking to a brick wall. I felt like I was left with no choice but to leave him because he wasn't prepared to rebuild the trust that had been broken. He wasn't prepared to do some soul searching to find reasons for his infidelity and then communicate them to me. Instead, he expected me to take him back and for things to go back to normal after a simple "sorry". He never acknowledged the emotional destruction he had caused. It wasn't even like he was doing this to annoy me. It's as if he was genuinely incapable of understanding the emotional impact his actions had on me. The bottom line is that I loved so many qualities about him. I've never connected with someone the way I connected with him. The chemistry was just there. It was truly effortless. We never argued - we never had any reason to! That's why I've never understood why he was unfaithful. Our relationship was close to perfect... Well, at least I thought so. I was willing to overlook his flaws but I couldn't deal with his selfishness and stubbornness. I might have been able to get past the infidelity if he had given me answers for his actions. And if he had been prepared to work on the relationship. But he didn't give me any answers at all and couldn't care less about working on the relationship. You can't fix a situation when the problem hasn't been identified. You can't rebuild something when you're not prepared to investigate WHY the thing failed to stay strong in the first place. I couldn't deal with his inability to understand emotions. If he wasn't so stubborn and selfish then I'd have still been with him... until the end of time I believe. He would have been my life partner for sure. But hey! That's life. I realised that my happiness has to come first. I was too focused on trying to make him happy but I neglected my mental health. He clearly wasn't making my happiness a priority so I've got to rely on me to make myself happy. It took me a long time to realise this but I learnt a very valuable lesson. Don't prioritise someone's happiness who doesn't prioritise your own. Simple.
It hurts giving and giving only to have crumbs thrown back at you. Maybe it’s just that at the end if the day, they are just not that into us but won’t let us go either. It is creeping up on a year of hot and cold for me, and me always being the patient, understanding one. It is starting to affect my confidence, not sure what to do. Libra female here.

I love your Aqua videos! You're describing me to a T. I've always had the issue arise where someone is interested in me and they want to rush into something and I'm like "whoa! I need to work out if I even like you, if we're compatible, and if you're just using me as some sort of human pacifier to fill a void in your life!" --- by the time I've got that all worked out they've usually moved on to someone that was "easy". Oh well, their loss! When that "easy" catch lands you in a big hot mess, don't come crying to me! You know what!? They always come back crying to me! lol 😂 And then it's too late, I've seen their true colours and people that need instant gratification are of zero interest to me anyways...
MsGlamourcat, I think my aquarius woman felt like you only I'm not the kind of guy (cancer if that helps) that is like that with women. I don't have a problem with someone wanting to get to know me. I don't use someone to fill avoid within me.I just want them to be an enhancement to me and vice versa. When I feel that joy inside me for someone I just want to shout it and tell the world about it! My problem is that I sometimes when I get like that I rush in too fast with someone I really, really like the aqua I mentioned; going for her heart first and not her head. You're my go to Aquarian man for advice. I'm dating an aquarius and boy is it difficult. The distant thing. I know why you guys disappear but I'm struggling. I understand he needs time to process his feelings, think, reset his energy. But how long does this go on for? Everything was going GREAT.. like really GREAT. Like scary great and now he's super distant. Disappears for days even if I send a text to check up on him. Even if I'm going through something and just need someone to talk to, he doesn't respond. But then he pops back up and apologizes for it. I don't want him to constantly be apologizing, I find myself doing the same thing and it's annoying. He tells me things like he's so grateful for me and he's so happy he met me.. but then where does he keep going? Its heartbreaking. If we're going through something, we're supposed to lean on each other for support. Not disappear and deal with it on our own.
I experienced the same exact thing. We were going strong for 5 months. He was very attentive, sweet & consistent, then out of nowhere, he just switched. He became very distant & aloof & I was soo confused. He had the same excuses & I waited for him to go back to normal, but he never did. I had to let him go... I still care for him as a person, but I wasn’t getting my needs met, so I had to leave. I experienced the opposite when I connected with this Aquarius guy, he was very emotional, protective (expressed he didn’t like me talking to others and wanted me to dress a certain way) it may have been a test.. because when I didn’t freak out, and I adjusted to his comfort zone without issues, he calmed down and became very loving/protective. He eventually spilled things that hurt him on hour long phone calls. He went through so much. One day he just disappeared. People around us were gossiping about me.. Your friends will get married, your friends will move away, your friends would lead their life and you're going to have a whole lot of alone time. Which gives you that security along with satisfaction. To be who you are without being judged, taken advantage, trusted secrets thrown back in ur face at a later time, etc... For those who get upset, pout, ignore, belittle, etc.. when you dont show a form of jealousy... That is what i would call, a sign of a toxic person. Someone wanting to control you, not enough attention is on that person, plus more deeper issues. You did good by keeping to your boundaries. 😊 You must not have trusted something from the beginning but still stayed 🤔 and it was just a matter of time, when true colors will be revealed. I agree 💯 with everything you said. The most important topic that hit me was , that emotional vulnerability we get when we are very young, I experienced this and it definitely changed my life. So yes I do go by logic because like you said when you get wrapped up in you’re emotions, it literally delibetates you and devastated you, that you can’t function. Been there many times, many, many times. I get it. I’m not emotionless by any stretch. But I do protect myself 150%. I will always come first. Sounds shallow, but not going to allow someone else to define my happiness. It’s called self preservation. ❤️

Love the intro and its so true and i think it is because people are very insecure and if you are happier than them they feel worse about themselves but if you are sadder they feel better about yourself. Doesn't piss me off to hear that we Aquarians can feel jealousy, I get jealous often. Like you said, though, I don't show it because I'm not going to let anyone know that they can control me in any way. I've never been in love, my life is more than half over so no chance of falling in love before I die, so maybe in my next life 🙂. My times being jealous is when I've given my all, as I always do, to anyone or in a situation and then someone else comes along does less than me and gets praised left and right. I'm left feeling like wasn't what I did good enough? Which, I know, is something I have to constantly work on myself to feel differently 🙂 Great video, as always, thanks 👍

I’m an Aquarian and my mom is a Scorpio and I have a very good connection with her :) She’s the only one that truly understands me but of course that’s my mom(but usually some moms never understand their own kids so yeah). She shows a lot of a true Scorpio same as me but with Aquarius so maybe u two will be a good combination! Just don’t forget that the compatibility of the zodiac signs is never true(sometimes)! People have other signs too because of their birth chart. But also some signs have similar traits that they even still don’t match but maybe that’s because of how they process things. U should search up “Aquarius marriage” and see what sign we marry the most and which we don’t! When u do see it u can clearly see that we usually marry the ones we have “differences” with but obviously it’s more interesting and fun(for me) being with someone that has some differences since that makes life more fun!

Changing how we respond to things is what make us seem cold. But, we have to think, first and foremost, to avoid making things worse or where things are completely out of our control. Also, I am jealous, and I do not like that feeling, which is why we'd rather our friends or significant other be solid. The last thing anyone wants or needs is an Aquarius over-thinking. After awhile, you'll have to decide whether you're in or out, or we will. But, we don't want to. Why? Leaving hurts us, deeply. It makes me sad sad to even think about knowing, at some point, I will have to let someone I love, go. We're used to people letting us go, but, it's different and very painful, inside, when we have to.

When my Aquarius man told me his weakness, all I want is to protect him, I don’t want anyone hurt him, I’m Scorpio woman, even I could defeat anyone else (I don’t really mean that), in any case, I just NEVER WANT to be over the man I love. Every person frequency affects your surroundings. So staying true to yourself and recognizing your emotions so you can raise vibrations if you feel negative. Having a way to change it is important… such as prayer or meditation or just breathing. There needs to an outlet or solution
I will be honest, that sometimes I ask people about their fears and flaws, not so I can gain strength or manipulate them, but so I can help them move forward in life. Because most of the times when you hide your pain you also suppress it, allowing it to play a bigger role in your life subconsciously. Emotions are something that have to be experienced and understood, only then can we move forward and swipe them away from our lives. Not only that, we can also help other people better with similar fears and flaws, because we know what they feel like and have experienced them for ourselves.
I am a sagittarian who believes in facing the truth whatever the costs. I have never got on with Aquarians because of their analitical and detached approach however emotional they think they are. You match Gemini. They are the same under the mask of being friendly and outgoing, but are so controlled and in their heads with no time to relax and enjoy life truly.. OMG I've noticed the first thing with the less-than-ideal friends I find myself surrounded by. They're happiest and engage with me the most when I'm down!!! People seem to feed off of the feeling of taking care of a little baby, in their adult friends!!! So even when I'm not looking for any sympathy, they get all inquisitive and nosy as if I am just too proud to show it, but I am literally handling it! It's when I *am* too proud to show it, or don't know what to say, that they think everything's fine and couldn't give two shits. in my case however we broke up and she was good with it (I hope) and it seemed like we both understood that we're not for each other. It was a mutual understanding that I had to build foundations for and, like you, took me weeks to grow that tree. Still love her though... I don't blame a blind person for not seeing. Beautifully said, handing our power away in every situation is what an extreme show of emotion does. I'm a small girl, only 5'2, and thin, but once had my cousin's boyfriend try and hit me. Instead of me running, I looked the guy straight in the eyes and laughed in his face. You know what that did, it threw him off, and gave me enough time to dodge his fist and scream for help. People feed of your hurt, feed off your fear, especially negative ones, which is what aquarius gets. Same thing with jealousy, aquarius just naturally understands why not to feel jealous. And out of all signs, should we feel that emotion, be it because we are jealous of other people, we always remind ourselves that there's only one of us, that our pattern of being isn't random.

I love this breakdown. I think it’s hilarious how people think we don’t have emotions but turns out our emotions are so strong that we have come up with a coping mechanism that makes it look nonexistent to the outside world. I have personally always felt this way and Rich explains this perfectly.

I'm a Gemini female. I was with an Aquarius male for two years. I loved him but often felt myself holding back with my feelings because I didn't know where he stood. During those two years he never told me he loved me. I was putting so much effort into the relationship but by the end of it I was drained. Completely exhausted. It didn't matter how much I communicated my concerns to him - He just wasn't getting it. Furthermore, he was unfaithful. I wanted to know what was lacking in our relationship which made him feel as if he had to go outside of our relationship to get it. However, he didn't have any answers at all. In fact, he denied he was unfaithful to begin with, although I stumbled across the truth and showed him the proof. When he finally owned up to it he had this "I've already said I'm sorry. Now let's move on" mentality. He failed to understand that we, him especially, would have to work on rebuilding our relationship before we could move on. He just didn't understand the emotional impact his actions had on me. It was honestly like talking to a brick wall. I felt like I was left with no choice but to leave him because he wasn't prepared to rebuild the trust that had been broken. He wasn't prepared to do some soul searching to find reasons for his infidelity and then communicate them to me. Instead, he expected me to take him back and for things to go back to normal after a simple "sorry". He never acknowledged the emotional destruction he had caused. It wasn't even like he was doing this to annoy me. It's as if he was genuinely incapable of understanding the emotional impact his actions had on me. The bottom line is that I loved so many qualities about him. I've never connected with someone the way I connected with him. The chemistry was just there. It was truly effortless. We never argued - we never had any reason to! That's why I've never understood why he was unfaithful. Our relationship was close to perfect... Well, at least I thought so. I was willing to overlook his flaws but I couldn't deal with his selfishness and stubbornness. I might have been able to get past the infidelity if he had given me answers for his actions. And if he had been prepared to work on the relationship. But he didn't give me any answers at all and couldn't care less about working on the relationship. You can't fix a situation when the problem hasn't been identified. You can't rebuild something when you're not prepared to investigate WHY the thing failed to stay strong in the first place. I couldn't deal with his inability to understand emotions. If he wasn't so stubborn and selfish then I'd have still been with him... until the end of time I believe. He would have been my life partner for sure. But hey! That's life. I realised that my happiness has to come first. I was too focused on trying to make him happy but I neglected my mental health. He clearly wasn't making my happiness a priority so I've got to rely on me to make myself happy. It took me a long time to realise this but I learnt a very valuable lesson. Don't prioritise someone's happiness who doesn't prioritise your own. Simple.

You're my go to Aquarian man for advice. I'm dating an aquarius and boy is it difficult. The distant thing. I know why you guys disappear but I'm struggling. I understand he needs time to process his feelings, think, reset his energy. But how long does this go on for? Everything was going GREAT.. like really GREAT. Like scary great and now he's super distant. Disappears for days even if I send a text to check up on him. Even if I'm going through something and just need someone to talk to, he doesn't respond. But then he pops back up and apologizes for it. I don't want him to constantly be apologizing, I find myself doing the same thing and it's annoying. He tells me things like he's so grateful for me and he's so happy he met me.. but then where does he keep going? Its heartbreaking. If we're going through something, we're supposed to lean on each other for support. Not disappear and deal with it on our own.
I experienced the same exact thing. We were going strong for 5 months. He was very attentive, sweet & consistent, then out of nowhere, he just switched. He became very distant & aloof & I was soo confused. He had the same excuses & I waited for him to go back to normal, but he never did. I had to let him go... Jealousy ties in to not wanting to feel pain. The need for trust seems to overpower me wherein I know that as soon as that trust is broken, it ends. If I can't trust someone close to me I don't want to be with them... I typed that about the same time yo said it in the video.

I experienced the opposite when I connected with this Aquarius guy, he was very emotional, protective (expressed he didn’t like me talking to others and wanted me to dress a certain way) it may have been a test.. because when I didn’t freak out, and I adjusted to his comfort zone without issues, he calmed down and became very loving/protective. He eventually spilled things that hurt him on hour long phone calls. He went through so much. One day he just disappeared. People around us were gossiping about me.. I always worry about him but Aquarius are resilient people. Thank you for this video. It was helpful with closure.

I agree 💯 with everything you said. The most important topic that hit me was , that emotional vulnerability we get when we are very young, I experienced this and it definitely changed my life. So yes I do go by logic because like you said when you get wrapped up in you’re emotions, it literally delibetates you and devastated you, that you can’t function. Been there many times, many, many times. I get it. I’m not emotionless by any stretch. But I do protect myself 150%. I will always come first. Oh we really should do some vids together. Love the intro and its so true and i think it is because people are very insecure and if you are happier than them they feel worse about themselves but if you are sadder they feel better about yourself. As for me NO ONE EVER knows how i really feel and they never will because they are my feelings. Doesn't piss me off to hear that we Aquarians can feel jealousy, I get jealous often. Like you said, though, I don't show it because I'm not going to let anyone know that they can control me in any way. I've never been in love, my life is more than half over so no chance of falling in love before I die, so maybe in my next life 🙂. My times being jealous is when I've given my all, as I always do, to anyone or in a situation and then someone else comes along does less than me and gets praised left and right. I'm left feeling like wasn't what I did good enough? Which, I know, is something I have to constantly work on myself to feel differently 🙂

I’m an Aquarian and my mom is a Scorpio and I have a very good connection with her :)
She’s the only one that truly understands me but of course that’s my mom(but usually some moms never understand their own kids so yeah). She shows a lot of a true Scorpio same as me but with Aquarius so maybe u two will be a good combination! Just don’t forget that the compatibility of the zodiac signs is never true(sometimes)! People have other signs too because of their birth chart. But also some signs have similar traits that they even still don’t match but maybe that’s because of how they process things. U should search up “Aquarius marriage” and see what sign we marry the most and which we don’t! When u do see it u can clearly see that we usually marry the ones we have “differences” with but obviously it’s more interesting and fun(for me) being with someone that has some differences since that makes life more fun!

Changing how we respond to things is what make us seem cold. But, we have to think, first and foremost, to avoid making things worse or where things are completely out of our control. Also, I am jealous, and I do not like that feeling, which is why we'd rather our friends or significant other be solid. The last thing anyone wants or needs is an Aquarius over-thinking. After awhile, you'll have to decide whether you're in or out, or we will. But, we don't want to. Why? Leaving hurts us, deeply. It makes me sad sad to even think about knowing, at some point, I will have to let someone I love, go. We're used to people letting us go, but, it's different and very painful, inside, when we have to.

Emotions are something that have to be experienced and understood, only then can we move forward and swipe them away from our lives. Not only that, we can also help other people better with similar fears and flaws, because we know what they feel like and have experienced them for ourselves.

OMG I've noticed the first thing with the less-than-ideal friends I find myself surrounded by. They're happiest and engage with me the most when I'm down!!! People seem to feed off of the feeling of taking care of a little baby, in their adult friends!!! So even when I'm not looking for any sympathy, they get all inquisitive and nosy as if I am just too proud to show it, but I am literally handling it!
