Mines came with setup.. same 2019 high altitude aswell.. idk if the bbk is from an srt or trackhawk though.. would it matter for rotor size and brake pads. Looking to replace but don't know what to order..
Can a 2010 jeep Cherokee srt8 brembo brake calipers fit a 2012 jeep cherokee overland? It seems to be cheaper for the older ones but they look almost identical
Last question do you remember that part number from autozone for the pad retainers bolt that fell out towards the end of the video I’m missing one too😂🙏 great video thanks again!
You can buy a titanium one from an aftermarket company. I never had part number it’s not sold individually. But one company makes upgraded ones. Check the Trackhawk websites
I’m about to do this to my 2018 5.7 summit. After bedding in, are the brakes smoother? ALSO, does the adaptive cruise control adjust for the extra brake power or does it brake too harshly with adaptive braking? Thinking may need SRT adaptive cruise programming, but I’m not certain if adaptive cruise is based on only vehicle distance or a predetermined brake pressure/distance
It brakes smooth and stops quicker, honestly has an oem feel just way better bite and actually stops the beast if you’re moving quickly. Didn’t notice any issues with ACC
Hi! Great job done!Do you think the Trackhawk brakes will go with my original R20 discs
I have a 14 jeep grand Cherokee limited 5.7 4x4, you think I could do the same, building the motor and need the stopping power
Hi, can you please say, what kinda rotors you buy? Oem or not?
Because I want to use the PowerStop kit, but I can't find front rotors.
OEM
@@AtlasWilder спасибо)
Did they have to use a scan tool too help bleed out the brakes?
I don’t think so had it done at the Audi Dealership I worked at and those kids were lazy
Hey im looking to switch mine over. Did you have to change any brake lines? Love the green btw
Brake lines stay the same! You can swap to braided ones if you want to upgrade them tho
When re installing were they brakes just bleed like any other normal car or did you need a power bleeder system ??
@@almightylux4955 hmmmm not sure lol I would assume power bleeder with the bigger calipers idk tho honestly
Where you get those brakes at
What diameter rings do you need
Did the calipers mount directly to your stock knuckle or did you have to change your whole front knuckle assembly? Also what model did you have?
Everything bolts up just make sure your wheels clear
would they fit 2021 grand cherokee L?
Hi did you change the front spindle ? Or just srt rotor and srt caliper?
Can I use my stock rotors?
Sorry for late response has to be trackhawk rotors size
@AtlasWilder are the rear rotors on all the V8 the same size. Wondering if I would just calipers for rear?
So for pads and rotors did you buy the srt pads and rotors or regular? Thanks! And how much did the swap cost parts wise
Probably a dumb question but these will bolt on to the v8 high altitude aswell? Only difference is the engine?
Yes the brakes are the same on V8 and diesel

@@AtlasWilder What else needed to complete the job?
What’s size. And will they fit a 5.7 hemi Jeep Grand Cherokee
Did you have to change the spindles or not?
I need to know lol. Don’t want to buy a whole new knuckle
Is SRT 8 break system ( calibers and disc ) fits on 2014 limited edition ??
Yes it will you just need wheels with enough back spacing to clear them usually 20x9
I wonder if this will fit my 2012 overland 5.7
Yes they will fit
Would you happen to have a link to everything?
I apologize no. Check Cleveland performance

I believe they are different and don’t fit.
Is it necessary to change the brake lines I’m doing the same to my 2015 overland , thanks for the video 🙏
I don’t believe so, the oem brake lines should fit front what I’ve read.
Answered my question @@AtlasWilder
Do you need to upgrade the pumps or anything??
Nope.
