I *love* this build :DD!! You're so so good at the modern building style!! I also love it when you try different styles, and I was wondering if maybe for a video you could try the retro style? Also for the next shape, if you haven't already, maybe you could do a trapazoid (my easier suggestion) or a cresent (my harder suggestion)? Thanks for reading my comment if you do ^^

OMG hi!,you've improved your decorating skills so much|really loved this build| definitely recommend using more carpets to fill the empty spaces :)
Using the plain marking to make stepping stone paths is so smart! I wish I though of that whilst I was making one of my houses (I was making a driveway and it took so much money and time to place the stepping stones from the garden section). I love how to second floor isn't just outlining the first one. Typically, when I make houses like that I struggle quite a bit but you definitely pulled it off! For the kitchen, if you wanted to utilize the space a bit more I think you could've made a wrap around kitchen since it would take up more space. I love the vines along the pillared area! It adds some colour since everything besides that is neutral. I think you could've added more vines and make them different sizes so that it adds more shape (personally, I love overgrown houses/houses that have a lot of plants and greenery in general) but it would probably add onto the price lol! If you were to fully decorate it, I think you could've added some lounge chairs and more plants to the balcony to add more to it since it's a pretty large balcony.

This is exactly what my friend does. She always builds a square house and the rooms are always square. Every time she builds I tell her to make an irregular shape and she removed my perms and told me that my idea was pathetic 😭
