Winch and charge counter each other in some ways, they have the same uses in stalling, the difference is charge and slam is just the better option, it has crazy damage output and etc. Winch requires more teamwokr

great tierlist only thing I kinda disagree on is the grapple utility, its also extremely great to immediately start a cashout, since u can hold items while u grapple, so u can gateway and grapple to start the cashout
I so disagree with grapple being average... You can steal cash boxes and have a constant 30% from them. You can be in unexpected positions very fast and reposition in a matter of seconds. Combine it with teleport, and you are basically spider man of the finals
Latley as a light main my win rate has gone down the pooper, then i started using smoke grenades and thermal vision and i was able to win 4 games in a row, its a good way to take and protect cashouts, since there is no clear counterplay to most players, and since .ost teams consist of M and H its easy to win when they cant see you shooting them.
Thing with goo gun is that its easy to counter. Charge and slam, rpg, demat, red barrel, explosive barrel, any explosive gadget that you place, thermal bore, etc etc. And im talking when its used to lock down a room. When placed as a momentary cover, movement specializations or gadgets easily counter it as well.
demat doesn't inherently counter goo gun, but in a situation where a heavy is gooing *YOU*, those things do not counter goo, those only counter goo in a defensive setup
@@MxThicc Situational but, demat the floor below or the wall beside you and break line of sight, demat is just as good at escaping situations as it is for flanking and stealing cashouts. That or jump pad away, dash away and so on. Still easy to counter. Gooing people to close the gap or whatever isn't as viable anymore because winch does it better and quicker. Yes, you use it once and then you have a cooldown, but they're already dead before you even have to worry about that.
what's wrong about pyro nade? i'm new so obviously my opinion doesn't mean as much, but instantly clearing gas, decent damage (i prefer using it to open fights than frags bc of the instant explosion, could be that i'm a console player so i don't die as fast from good aim), clears goo, protects the cashout
I find that I can’t use shotgun with dash. I use grapple hook to get weird angles that gives me openings. BUT, I’m only mid gold/low plat. Not high level gameplay
@@charlio0903 depends on what I feel like, might make a loadout video soon, but model demat pad gas mine defib has been my go to recently. That loadout also pairs well with CL40. If you want to run heal beam, recommend pike/ak/famas with zip pad defib or pad glitch mine defib
ain't no way dash, or anything light, can be above average/good. Or the healing beam below and meta. Light sucks ass and the dash is insanely easy to follow, the healing still wins fights, especialy ocmbined with defib.

S1 heal beam carried me to diamond. It was so ridiculous for two mediums to heal a heavy and have it completely counter any dps being dealt.

Heal beam change idea: revert s4 nerfs but if a player is being healed by 2 or more heal beams it decreases heal to be 150% ( or more) total

Pyro mines are good..
Combined with flamethrower you can stack fire tik's.
And it's great to defend a cashout.
