One thing I really like that you do which I find is quite unique to your videos - is when you explain at the end if you would or would not purchase a product if you didn't have a UA-cam channel. It's really helpful for me as a consumer to stop for a moment and think about which products I would really enjoy adding to my collection. My tendency is to get excited about launches in the moment. That is when I buy full collections and even shades that might not really suit me, or which I never wear. You are not telling us what to do, but I truly appreciate you giving your subscribers pause to think about what they really want, versus just adding everything to cart in a moment without thinking twice. That's how people get into debt, getting wrapped up in the moment. Doing it a few times is fine. But it's easy to get hooked on the thrill of buying it all each time an exciting collection comes out.

Great video, Sofia! This is the first collection I’ve been interested in for quite some time. I’m so glad that Chanel decided to come out with this Les Beiges collection with a winter vibe. The eyeshadow palette is really pretty, and I’m excited for the new glowy primers. The blushes give such a pretty flush with a healthy glow. I like that they’re buildable. I have to wait until they become available on Chanel’s website though.

Just when I thought I need nothing anymore this year… this came out! 😅 So I ran to the boutique and got the shadows, blush and the primer - it’s so beautiful! Speaking of eyeshadow palettes, between the Hemes Ombré Petales, the Tom Ford Hazy sensuality and this Chanel Cool palette, which would you recommend that I might get more use from as a more everyday palette. I love the cold girl esthetic! My skin is usually so dry, especially in the winter, so I appreciate the extra glow. I purchased the icy beige primer and the eyeshadow. But after I've heard your thoughts, I'm tempted to purchase one of the blushes. I have the Blush de Fantaisie so I was kinda thinking it was similar to the Rose Polaire. New subscriber hear! I am loving this collection and wish I had a boutique any where within a thousand miles of me!! I live in the forests of Western Montana and even traveling to Seattle doesn't get me a boutique so I have to wait for it to come online or into shops. As far as whether I like the idea of a Les Beiges winter collection, yes, I definitely do. I think it actually makes a lot of sense to find a glowy look in winter when our skin can be dry, pale and lacking any signs of a healthy glow. It is pretty easy to get that look during the summer months. I mean a little time in the sun and you naturally end up a bit glowy so for me, this is perfect.
I am curious how you feel the blush in Rose Polaire compares to the Chanel Fantaisie De Chanel Illuminating Blush Powder from spring of 2023? I have that blush and will likely only pick up two of the new blushes so if the Fantaisie is similar then I would get the other two.

Those blushes are very different! The one from the Le Blanc collection is much more shimmery and more of a petal pink

I have the new Viseart and YSL Mini Clutch palettes. Is this new Chanel eye palette different enough? I'm surprised by how much I like the blush. A Limited Edition Primer makes no sense to me. And the lip balm is heavenly on your pigmented lips. But I haven't got that pigment, so I'd have to wear it over something. Thanks for the review. You're gorgeous in this collection.💚

Thank you for another amazing review! I went to my Chanel boutique yesterday and I was shocked that they were almost out of most of this collection! I got the last of all of the blushes. They had no eyeshadow palette and the icy beige was already gone and so were the lip balms. I got the frosty primer. I love everything but was so sad the eyeshadow palette was gone.
Hopefully you can get it online when it releases in mid-January, I think.

How does the primer compare to the primers from the Chanel N 1 line? That line has a bronze one which looks similar. I love the N1 primers, I have all 3 and I use them daily under all of my foundations

Hi Sofia! I agree with an earlier comment or - please sing at the beginning of all your videos. Your voice is very pleasant and in tune (!!). Thank you for featuring this upcoming collection. The eye palette is very tempting, although the “light” version might be a better option for me if it does not make it to my local Chanel counter - I would only buy in person. The primer in Icy White is calling my name - I would get this online. The blushes are a bit dark for me but the Baume in “Skieuse” is right up my alley (BTW, “skieuse” means “female skier”, and it is pronounced “SKEE-EUH**-ZZ). ** “EU” has no equivalent sound in English but it sounds like the French number 2 (deux). Hi Sofia, what an amazing review 🙌. At first I said I am not buying, but I am so into cold girl look , cool pink and snow glow, at this time of the year. Last year, once I saw LE tutorial on cold girl look, I wore it like all the time, and I live in SF 😳🤪😝 so i am definitely getting eyeshadow, blush i would choose pink one, not sure if i really need, since I just purchased from someone, older years, very beautiful petal pink, and its not glowy, but so beautiful. Primer i was thinking on the snow frost , icy, the lightest one, but I have le blanc rosy drops, and Chantecaille pink tint, i dont think I need. How would you compare to those?
Lip balms, ah I am not sure. I never bought these. I do like the icy pink something 🤔 maybe and I do want pink nail polish. Have a blessed day 🙏❤️

I love this. I have the warm palette as it’s my favourite palette. I wanted another one but the light was a little too frosty and the tender too warm. This one is just right.

Great question Janet. I think it depends on the level of pigmentation that you were looking for. The Hermès eyeshadows are much more pigmented and have more longevity. But if you like that very soft look at the Chanel is very pretty
I’ll pass on the eyeshadow- it’s named cool but I don’t see it as especially cool toned.
I’d rather buy the palette named light- thanks for the comparison swatches. Cool tones suit my complexion much better!
The blushes though, and the primers, they are calling to me! Even the keep cool lip balm is appealing to me.
The first thought I had seeing this collection was Tom Ford. I think Chanel took a page out of the TF book- rather than releasing a Les Beiges that says April in Paris, this one says Chamonix in winter.
But I love winter collections in general, and I’m glad Chanel did things a little differently this year!

Hi Sofia! I am wondering if you see any similarities between this palette and the Suuqu spring sunflower quad in Shoujitsuki. Obvluosuly the bright yellow is different, but the mauve color and light shimmer color look similar to some of the Chanel colors in this Cool palette. I am really tempted by this palette but wondering if these at all give similar vibes to you on the eyes?

I actually think i like the light pallet better then the cool , i dont find the cool pallet overly cool after watching the reveiws it's pretty but the reddish color kinda throws me off. Idk i am debating if i need it but i like the light one. It looks really beautiful on you but everything does lol . I want the primer and probably the pallet. Idk how i feel about the blushes idk if they are for me but they are beautiful if i got one it would probably be coral .

Loved this! I have several pieces from the collection, and I've been using the eyeshadow and blushes everyday. I tried to do a more complicated look with the eyeshadows yesterday and by the end of the day, it was one of those where all the colors just blended into one shade 😂 I definitely don't like when that happens, but watching you do this look, I am beginning to think these les beiges eyeshadows are meant to just give an overall one-toned look to the eyes, and not really to showcase individual shades. I also have the Tender palette but I hardly ever use it because I'm just not a fan of the reddish tones, it makes me look a little ill, lol. I missed out on the primers, but hoping to pick up the frosty white and icy beige soon! I love the Keep Cool lip balm, the frostiness is definitely different! The stiffness of the blushes is definitely interesting, but I do like how buildable they are! Thank you for your amazing videos as always! For sure I know what you mean. I think Chanel Eyeshadows in general are designed to give a very soft airbrushed effect. So it’s a bit hard sometimes if the colors are similar to one another to create something very distinctive.

What is the difference between the Chanel primer and the RMS Super Natural radiance serum. I was hoping you would get your review out this weekend bc I love your honest. I also wear the same foundation shade as you do so it always helpful with your reviews to know what to buy and not buy. Thank you for taking your time to review all these items. Good question! The product from RMS is more opaque and pigmented. It has more of a creamy feel whereas the Chanel primer is more of like a dewy gel formula.I still like the RMS one better because I like something more noticeable

I like them both! They both have the same level of quality. Cool is better if you want purple and tender is better if you want more of that rose tone

Thanks for the very ingormative post on the new Chanel release. Is the texture of the new blushes similar to the BRUN ROUSSI of the BLUSH LUMIERE from 2 rs ago? I won't be purchasing the new blushes if they are similiar to the BLUSH LUMIERE. I have both colors of that collection, but was very dissapointed with them and actually threw away the coral one after just a few uses.

Are these primers any different than the MAC strobe primers? They look very much like the same thing... First the actual shades, texture and effect on the skin.
I haven't tried one of those in ages. I don't remember them being super moisturizing but similar look on the face
