Smeargle is indeed a frail pokemon but it is historically a menace in competitive pokemon with all its shenanigans and utilities so Smeargle was so hyped up after being absent for a few gen. But I'm surprised, now that it's back, it's underused in vgc. It's a good Pokemon especially from the recent Blueberry Prologue Online Competition!
