Ever since i was young, and trust me, i'm older than i look. I have always known Georgia, particularly Atlanta to being jealous of New Orleans. I've even seen this crap at biblical Summer camp where the churches from all over would get together and have summer camps and it would be people from Atl. N.O and other places. and of course, it was N.O and ATL fighting where they'd have to leave to keep the peace. Again. I've seen this way in the 1980 and 90's. ATL have always been in competition with N.O. SO it is no surprise to me seeing N.O. getting a spot of being the Mecca of bands, Georgia coming from nowhere scrounging up as many people as possible to try to knock N.O out of the spot light. I'm not hating on that. But just from a historical perspective, I'm not surprised by it...
