Not that you need to IMO, but if you want a tip, drink some Lemon or Lime (or both) juice mixed in water after meals. It helps digest the food and your body tends to absorb less of the fat. Anyhow, loved this vid! ♥

wow! you're no longer gonna be in your 30s, meanwhile i'll be starting my 30s this year 😄 although my birthday is at the end of the year, so ill be mostly in my 20s still this year. but i, too, am excited about the 30s bc i've heard so often that people prefer their 30s over their 20s
