This tour contains some of her best live vocals ever. And I love how she had the courage to go on tour after 8 years with almost none of her classic hit singles. Her artistry remains unmatched to this day.
Okay that's cool. They're playing Perfect Blue in the background.
For as long as I live… I will NEVER forget this woman. She means everything to me and the music industry. I just don’t know how I’m going to survive when she leaves this earth 😩
exactly!
Same for me… it will be the death of a part of me too, i prefer to not think about this yet !
Hope she will stay on this earth as longer as possible 🙏🏼🙏🏼
We all gonna lose our minds 😢. She gonna live till 110 though
Her artist vision blows every pop girl out of water.
Over 40 years and not ONE female artist has come near her caliber.
She is always 10 steps ahead of everyone
unfortunately not so much anymore. her Instagram pointless posts have been killing her career. Last time madonna was madonna was back in '08. She's a sweet memory of what she once represented.
@@griff404 that's not true lmao but ok I mean believe what u want
Beyoncé is the only one coming close to it
@@ask825 I was waiting for this comment lol and no, people need to understand that impact and fame is a big part of what Madonna is and Beyoncé isn’t as relevant as Madonna ever was, Britney and Gaga are the ones that have come close to Madonna in terms of worldwide impact and having all the pop girls following a business and performance model firstly implemented by them, Beyoncé has power, represents a big influence, probably one of the biggest in the last 10 years, but her impact between 2003-2010 was far from being what it is now, her last three albums are what made her "the untouchable Beyoncé" but her early music career is very mid, something that any good singer with good dancing skills could’ve done. Beyoncé’s impact is mainly concentrated in the US, not worldwide like Madonna, yes, she is famous all around the world, don’t get me wrong, but her image, her music, her career in general do not transcend like Madonna’s.
I miss the 2000s. This were so punk, grunge, and inventive
The early 00s*
@@malou1563 it’s 2000s for me.
@@malou1563 lasted up until the early 2010's.
THE BEST CONCERT OF MADONNA, DARK, SUPREME, REVENGE.
I will add UNMATCHED
I agree that this is her best tour. I know I'm in the minority. It's nearly impossible to choose because Blond Ambition (#2), Confessions (#3) are incomparable to this - totally different shows - but this is honestly my favorite. I love the ROL/Music era and her performance here...
I almost think that the crowd goes so NUTS for La Isla Bonita / Holiday on this tour because of the perceived "lack" of old songs. Compare this Holiday to the Rebel Heart Tour...this is far superior!
@Bad Bitch dark refers to the performance in "geisha segment", the concept is about dark and revenge
This show is the reason why she is the queen of pop.
Madonna is not art, it’s the whole museum 😍🥰🤩
every live is an unforgettable journey
Love from France 🙏🏼
This is the most true comment I have ever seen. Seen her twice, mdna tour in Istanbul and celebration tour in New York. Your comment is what I feel after the shows. 👏👏
@@atateramani i know what you mean 🙏🏼i saw her twice (girly show et confession tour) unforgettable too
I missed celebration, all tickets sold out 😭😭
The stick & sweet tour in Argentina and rebel heart @ Sidney are both on UA-cam…. absolutely amazing too, really… if you have not seen them, you must 😜🔥 HUGE !!!
Madonna for ever 🤩🥰😍💪🏼
@@alchimiepsy absolutely Madonna for ever ❤️🔥
this tour is bible.
AMEN!
It was so amazing seeing Donna and Nikki perform with her on Holiday, M needs to seriously bring them back!
I love how she is enough with herself on the stage.
My first Madonna live concert. Washington DC. One week before 9/11. We had no idea what we would experience that week.
It could be released this year, and still fresh, modern and social relevant. 10/10
Relevance is the joy of her work! There are lots of her songs you can relate to...
The Frozen performance is out of this world! The best performance of her entire career!
It's honestly breathtaking. I gasped out loud when they first showed the wide shot of the stage during it.
ikrrr this remix is astonishing
I miss the lean naturally ageing Madonna! This was an amazing tour on all levels.
I’m with you sincerely another of her loyal fans 😔
Madonna has done a lot of good throughout the years- but she absolutely DEVOURED this and her Confessions Tour
What she achieves in What it Feels like for a Girl is unsurpassed in choreography, fashion, concept and execution. She was way ahead of her time and this is the zenith of that.

Thank you 💪🏻

I heard David Bowie also went to see this tour. He really liked it. 🥰 My 3 favs, they're so artsy and talented
He went to the July 25th show at Madison Sq Garden. I sat behind him and his wife Iman, Jerry Seinfeld, and Donald Trump. Originally my seats were nose-bleed, Ticketmaster sent me snail mail and an email in May that my seats might have obstructions. My crew sat in our seats and there was absolutely nobody in our section and we were then ushered to the floor. I was blown away. She sang "You'll See" that night instead of "Gone"--I appreciated that. But yes, vocally she was strong. She went on that night and she looked REALLY nervous. Like, her face barely moved. At Beautiful Stranger she said, "New York fucking City" and that was pretty much all she said to the audience the entire night. Hard to believe 9/11 was like 47 days later--Michael Jackson performed on 9/10 there--My tickets actually came from World Trade Center--wish I had saved the envelope.
20 yrs ago, Madonna returned to the top touring world and showed how it is done
This is obviously something every Madonna fan knows but it is quite astonishing and amazing that the audio from the LA show fits perfectly with the Detroit show. It’s a reminder of how meticulous she is and how perfectly every show is performed.
Oh wow, I only just realized it was the LA soundtrack! So cool.
I am 27 years old, been a fan since I was 11 and I didn’t knew that so, thank you and God bless you!Fuck yeah!
Isn't lip sync amazing?
Well I am not a profesional singer so hope one day your question can be relevant :) God bless you
@@danielriggs3900during that tour she’s only lip synched Sky fits heaven.
lo que siente la mujer here, one of the best from this tour!
I always adore that segment from Paradise to Mer Girl. Best part of the tour!
Unbelievable how it’s been remastered to such a high quality. Which has just reminded me that the whole bloody concert is still fresh 20 years plus on and counting. One of the best concerts ever!!!
This is pure art 🖼️ 26:28
Thank you so much for sharing it, it is one of my favorite tours from her... I mean, her looks, her energy, the set list, everything about this concert is perfect.
This was my first Madonna concert, the day of my birthday, one month before the 9/11 attacks. She even dedicated a.song to her one year old son there, and I took it like it was dedicated to me too :)
This is the first and so far the best show of Madonna that I've ever seen.
Just the Japanese /Geisha/ Assassin's revenge is a MASTER PIECE.... Beyonce and Taylor or even Gaga.. would never dare to do this type of theatrical/violente performance just to prove a point in her artistry
I never liked the Drowned World dvd for its poor lack of camera quality that it had (by far her worst dvd out of all her tours) but this video did it justice, 20 years later ✨
I saw this concert in Boston 22 years ago! Back then I thought I was so young and Madonna was so old. That was so wrong
I recently did a retrospective on this tour, and discovered a truly beautiful gem of a ballad-Gone-. Often, it’s easy to get distracted by her other more popular numbers that came out with music videos, and I overlooked this one from her 2000 Music album. Madonna has songs that takes a bit of time to hit you…same thing happened when I rediscovered-Nothing Fails-from her 2003 American Life album. These 2 songs are now among my all-time fave Madonna songs. Thanks again Dan K for this remastered DWT video. ❤ the superb quality of your work here that helped in appreciating her music and artistry from this era.
Nobodys Perfect…. It's so amazing. she knows the key to life….
"What It Feels Like for a Girl" with the dancers!
This is the best concert in the history, the changes of backround the creative idea of every song is so amazing❤❤❤❤❤❤
ultra hd on my flat screen with a blunt going, yay for this friday night
Impressive Instant 1080p 🥰
22 years later and this concert is as fresh as it was when i saw it live! the testament to true artist!
Thanks for this upload! Twenty years or so later and i still absolutely love this tour. So many moments here, but watching M perform with Niki and Donna on Holiday into the big Music finale is just brilliance. 😍🥰
This show changed everything so did the Blonde Ambition tour in 1990: the inclusion of performed art interludes as parts of the storyline, screens to embrace the stage and a sustainable step up in Art Direction were the main breakthroughs.
This is top-tier confidence. Starting a concert with a ballad. Man, this woman had balls.
A very, very, very...forward moving and ahead of it's time type of concert show production. I saw this on her stop in Las Vegas, Labor Day weekend and I was in awe. Once more, she had the foresight to reimagine the concert experience and paved a new a new path on how these tours were going to be from there on out. The first time she did that was her Blond Ambition tour in 1990. A progressive direction and risk then that paid off in spades for her and live performances since. With that said, I wish for her to go retro and return her shows back to less tech, no video screen interludes anymore and hone back in on her vocal strengths. She could sit on a bar stool and let all the dancers do all the work, and I would be as engaged as I was during all the high tech tours she put on for the past 2 decades. Keep it simple Madonna, this next tour around and you'll still be a trailblazer. 👍👍
I’d love that too
Wow , was never a big Madonna fan but loved Ray of Light and scored center stage tix day of in Oakland, Ca . The production blew me away, great time was had by my wife and I
I've been a LONG time mega super fan of Madonna since I was a little boy and continue to be. I remember when this concert was announced I was in my early 20's and I had never been to a concert ever and the only way I was gonna miss this concert was if I had fallen into a deep coma, nothing would keep me from witnessing my idol and those songs that I used sometimes as a shield to get me through some of the most difficult times in my life, and other times when all I wanted to do was dance and feel empowered. Thank you so much Madonna for all you have done. You have been such a major influence in my life as a mother, as an artist, a song writer, I think of the time we all have in this world and it's such a small amount of time that is given to us and it's been amazing to see what you have accomplished in the time you have been given. You've lived a thousand lives and counting . I was born in 1977 so I got to witness you in the 80's, 90's , 2000's and now that it's 2023. I will never stop loving you!!!
I guess you can really have it all.
But back to my initial story, this concert for me was something that brought out two major feelings for me one was of complete awe and amazement it was everything that I imagined and more. I remember at the time not trusting the internet for tickets so I did what super fans did back in the day I planted my ass outside of the record store and was the first one in line. I was gonna do whatever I had to get tickets for this show. I arrived at 9pm and stayed until they opened. The line started to grow bigger and bigger with 10min until tickets went on sale just then a group of guys had arrived about 6 in total. This is where it gets a bit odd, the manager came out and informed the crowd that everyone was going to draw numbers from this bag he had with him. My heart sank, this was not right it should have been the first person in line should be the first one to buy a ticket but that wasn't going to be the case. So in that moment things were happening so fast I didn't want to upset him and put myself in a position to where I wouldn't be able to get a ticket. So when I picked a number that number put me back almost 30 individuals back. I was so upset I almost lost my sh#t
And those 6 guys that just arrived had magically picked the right numbers that put then first in line. I knew I wasn't going to get a ticket being 30 people back I almost walked away I literally wanted to cry. And Madonna fans are the best, people in line knew I had stayed outside all night and was the first person in line, they did something that I'll never forget the majority of that crowed started to get angry not only with the manager but for those 6 guys that were now first in line they all demanded that I be first to buy a ticket. I had people that I didn't know stick up for me and insist I be first. I was so touched by this it left me speechless, so with 5min remaining the manager due to the pressure from the crowd moved me to the front of the line. I will never forget what those people did for me that day. And the other emotion was one of great sadness my tickets for that show was for
September 12, 2001
To this day I still get really emotional talking about September 11th
That show was moved back obviously.
You couldn't help but feel everyone's pain and I don't know how she manged to perform that night. She was just amazing.
Her vocal performance on this tour is really good!
There are no words for what you've done, simply exquisite. Thank you.
I hope I get to see Madonna perform Ray of Light, Beautiful Stranger, Die Another Day, Me Against the Music ft Britney and Hung Up before I die on this Earth.
I was 12 y.o and my eldish Brother was a huge Fan. We both were at her Drowned World Tour in Berlin. At this age when I look back it was magical, undescripable. Thank you Queen ❤❤❤❤
Sky Fits Heaven was awesome! Totally gives Matrix vibes
The Best of the bests.Beloved Madonna.thanks for your musicic
Thank you for removing the vaseline fog filter off this concert and presenting it in the fresh and live way it should be seen. ❤️👍🏻
1hr 37 min & 13 seconds - music heaven
I saw this show in 2001 in Atlanta, I just watched this and it took me right back!
Don't get me wrong, i like this tour, Madonna did a great job and all but i still believe that the Ray of Light Era deserved its own separate tour. Too many gems from the album didn't make the cut on the setlist of this show and it's a shame. Plus ROL would have needed a tour that featured more properly its music style, atmosphere and concept. Anyway it is still a great show. Mdna/rh/madameX/celebration tours can only bite the dust compared to this
Yoga Madonna was my favourite Madonna. Don't get me wrong, unlike most fans, I LOVE LOVE how much fun she is having lately.
I wanted so much that Madonna does a Bedtime Stories tour, I can't get over it... 🥲🥲 Just imagine she singing the Something to Remember tracks and also the album Bedtime Stories, it would be so awesome... 😭😭 But anyways, I loved this tour, she came back with everything!! She sung a lot of Ray of Light tracks, it's amazing!!
Oh my good that would have been. A dream
You did a great job here as always! The sound details is incredible and we can hear some other instruments we couldn't hear before
Visually amazing!! Artistically enthralling! Amazing Madonna!!
Wow!!! If I were an artist, I wouldn't want anything more than to do a show like this...
Exactly
the best concert of her
Best rendition of La Isla Bonita is performed in this tour in my opinion. Even better than the original version.
I miss her
Era el año 2000, recuerdo que instalé DirecTv en casa solamente para ver ese concierto.
WOW!!! I love all the chaotic scenes, those electronic sounds effect on Impressive Instant! And listen with headphones for very good quality sounds, thanx for upload! 💃🏻🕺🏻🎆
Holy Fuck Madonna needs to hire you already! Incredible. Thank YOU Dan for all your video edits!!
I’m going to bawl. This was an unbelievable show. HBO broadcast this live. I needed this back then & now. The effort & quality is high. Love you @madonna. Your celebration tour Seattle show the other night was beyond any expectation i could’ve had. The sound quality was out of this world fkg incredible …✨🙏🏻⚡️
Come on Madonna, you’re really getting carried away with that southern accent not even being from there 😆❤️
The Best Ever Tour Millennium Era ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💖💖💖💖💖💖
Definitely her best tour
THIS IS A FANTASTIC SHOW OMFG !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The emotion of seeing this great work, i can't describe. This is like when someone takes some important memory of your life and turn it into reality. Excellent concert, excellent remastering ❤️
Biting my nails, I know I'll probably pass out when Impressive Instant start. But don't worry, my husband will be watching it too... 😂😂😂 THANK YOU!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏👬🐶🐶🐱🧡💛💚💙💜
Love my queen!
When Madonna performs and sings ❤️🖤💜❤️💜🖤 goosebumps
Thank you Dan·K for this beautiful work of art!
Saludos cordiales.
I absolutely loved this remastered version. I saw this tour in Boston. I missed so many details. You can see so much here. The color just pops right out!!!!!
First time I've seen this tour. I just have to laugh at how much I love this woman! Madonna is just so incredible. No one else compares. With her, I just always wonder "How?" She was born with the right name, because there's something miraculous about her..... #godblessmadonna
I count ten singles.
Happy birthday M!
I was at this concert the following weekend right after 9/11 at staples center now cryptoarena. Best concert ever I can remembered as if it was yesterday
Aquí sí se ve de su edad que eran 43 en esa época, en el Confessons rejuveneció como 10 años.
One more time, you are the best, thank you forever!!! God bless you! This tour is unbelievable!!! I' crying watching this!!!! 😍
Saw this front row in Boston! AMAZING show!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
Watching the megamix video of all her different videos where she says the word "Music" - in person, in concert - there were no words. It was thrilling. The power of all those videos hitting at once. And those squats!!!!!!!
Every time I watch this show I always want to look up that demo of Music with the "do you like to tango" afterwards, and you actually used it in the credits 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Boogie woogie do you like my acid rock
Everything about this is insane
Que es esto?? que calidad dios padre ya ni el DVD original :(, muchas gracias por el aporte es Exelente!!!
En 2 palabras puedo describir a Madonna "iconica y unica" no hay mas
Rosie snapping official photos 4 her!!!
Sky fit heaven
La Isla Bonita from this show - is my favorite from all her shows since first to last one (Madame X)! So calm, so warm atmosphere, pure magic! I wish I could be there... I`m from Russia, The Queen came to my country only twice, and never will be again I suppose (F*cking Putin and f*cking war, this message is from 2022). World Peace to everybody!
My first DVD tour, I was only 14, now I'm 35
Buen trabajo, imagen limpia y el audio del concierto de L.A.
No doubt now, this is my favorite tour from hers, what a great show, full of great energy and a wonderful set list although I missed Nothing Really Matters and Take A Bow.
Saw this concert in LA on September 13, 2001. Great concert but it was a scary and odd time.
