It's not only movement to consider seeker is good or not. Other than damage amount can be dealt is effective attack range. If attack range is high so she can cover movement. In this clip her movement in 1:26 is 4 titles and in 1:13 is 5 titles. About her skills, I saw some one comment her 4 skills is install which mean she can nuke damage or trigger special effects in 1 turns.
So we need more information when she come out. Her design is 10/10 for me. She remind me Valkyrie in Valkyrie Profile same as Gloria.

If it was like characters and pulling the gear gave you a way to slowly grind it up like you can with memory shards that'd be one thing
