Vastu Shastra ke anusaar, Brahmasthan me Staircase ya Pillar ka hona ek bhari dosh hota hai. Kyun ki Staircase ya Pillar ko shift karne ki sambhavana naa ke barbar hoti hai.
Iska phela upaya yeh hai ki Staircase / Pilar ko Brahmasthan se shift karaden. Agar yeh mumkin nahi hai to Brahmasthan ke Northeast wall par Brahma Yantra lagaen. Agar NE wall par possible naho to North ya East ke wall par lagaen. Adhik jankari ke liye yeh video dobara dekhen.
Aap Brahma yantra ko siddh zaroor karwaien aur yantra ko frame bhi karwaen (avoid black frame) . Is baat ka dhyan rakhna hai ki Yantra sidhi aur Photo framing aapke aankon ke saamne ho.
Ache results ke liye Ghar ke anya Vastu doshon ke upaya bhi karwaien.

My flat exact bramhastan centre point is empty but at 2 feet distance we have a wall and pillar. Piller and wall related to child bedroom which is in North East direction from bhramhastan. Can we put Bramha Yatran in Child bedroom it is is not required as exact centre point is empty.

I have two joint flat on eight floor so at the brahmsthal there is duct area so simply I can say that there is no brahmsthal in my house
So there is toilet pipe & water pipes in duct area

During Vastu studies of any propertly, Vastu for Plot is treated differently from Vastu for actual house on the plot. For an independent house on a self-owned plot the Brahmasthan for Home is considered separately from the Brahmasthan of the Plot.

Is it okay if OTS in bramhasthan is bit lower than our house? Since it is OTS, when it rains water may spread to rest of the house if kept at the same level of the house.

Mam my factory main working area i.e my shed area which is located in the center of the plot is depessed or lower than all side by around 1 feet and i presently facing problems in running my factory so I want to know about that depressed or lower working area is creating any problems in my work or not kindly let me know the remedy for this

Thanks for your query.
Point 1:
As mentioned in this video Brahmasthan should never be depressed. A depressed brahma region can cause obstacles in work and impact the progress. The only remedy for this is to fill the brahma region and raise it till the ground level.
Please note: Brahma region is the 1/9th portion of your entire plot lying in the centre. Please watch the video again for more details.
Point 2:
If the working area of your factory has heavy machinery in the Brahmasthan than if possible shift it to the South West direction of your factory. If this is not possible then install a consecrated (siddhi kiya hua) Brahma Yanta on the North, NE or East wall of the Brahmasthan.
*Please note that remedies can help you only to a certain extent.

Try to keep Brahmasthan as open as possible. If not fully possible, than atleast ensure that the BrahmaPoint is open.

I've 40*30 west face site
I've constructed 3 commercial shops of dimension (10*20) 3 no's shop at ground floor in West south... entrance and car parking is in North West ...here water storage is in North East and over that stairs is there in clock wise ...at first floor I've East face 38*30 house ..2 feet left as passage at North direction.. entrance East for house ... every details are in vastu in middle portion of the living Hall having a center single pillar is standing but this pillar is 12" towards North of whole geographic area and 24" towards North for house's built area ...let me tell you about pillars..5 at facing (40') and 3 depth(30'). So total pillar is 5*3 =15 so we have middle single pillar standing in living room...but not exactly at center of geographic center or constructed house center ...so I want suggestions for if I have to keep it with decorate or removed...and also tell me in this case what's the dimensions of brahmastan..since I've center pillar 1' away towards north to geographic center of site and 2' away towards north of first floor build house center point ( brahmastan)...I've left 2 feet as passage at first floor at North of house
Please let me know the house is still under construction and I can make any corrections as your suggestion

It is good to have it this way but it is not compulsory.
More important is to ensure that the Brahmasthan is kept open and there are no obstacles at the main door like pillars, staircase, etc.
