Oh wow. For months we've been cursing the dishwasher that plates can't fit in the bottom. And this adjustment is so simple. Total game changing video, thank you! Maybe this is in the instruction manual, but I suggest putting a sticker on the front that can easily be removed that says "here's how to adjust the dishwasher" because without this you can't wash normal size plates.
For real? You couldn't figure this out by yourself just by looking at it and seeing that things don't fit? It's a simple lifting motion. You've been sitting in front of the dishwasher for "months", looking at it and scratching your head when things wouldn't fit, thinking to yourself "What now?" Instead of actually touching it and trying the features out? Did you think it's going to explode if you touch it in a weird way?
I've been trying to get a refund for a repair job that did not go ahead for 6 weeks. All I've been told is that they sent a payment (even though the bank don't have it). They cannot provide the relevant reference numbers for me to help the bank trace it. I've now made 6 calls - all half an hour minimum, and still no closer to getting a refund. When I asked about their complaints procedure I was told that there isn't one and that a senior person would look at my complaint, but only call back if they thought there was merit. On top of these they seem to have stored my card details as well. An astounding lack of incompetency and would advise anyone to avoid at all costs (even if you had to pay more elsewhere).

@@ISpyRiTI Ahh you're the guy who knows everything and never learns anything from anyone else. Nice to meet you
Why is the default position lower when everyone is going to just need to raise it.
