  • What Did Our Ancestors Know About Water
    #water #knowledge #wisdomoftheages
All human diseases have one cause: a person starts to fall ill when they violate the natural laws of the environment, of which we are a part. When individuals forget this, thereby disconnecting themselves from nature, they become islands of disharmony in the infinite ocean of harmony. Nature seeks to rid itself of these islands that disrupt the beauty of this world. This is precisely how Japanese professor Kazuo Nishi explained the origin of diseases.
Katsuzo Nishi was convinced that anyone could regain their lost health. To achieve this, one needs to once again become a harmonious part of nature. This wisdom is what our ancestors' experiences teach us, no matter where they lived on the planet, said Nishi.
The Japanese professor reminded us that our ancestors regarded water as the source of life. They knew which water to drink, when to drink it, how much fluid a person needed to stay healthy, and how water could be used to heal illnesses. Katsuzo Nishi emphasized the ancestral knowledge about water, supporting it with modern scientific research.
To understand the importance of water for humans, one must remember that no vital process in our bodies can occur without this fluid. According to Nishi, digestion, respiration, and other bodily functions are impossible without water. Any cell deprived of water ceases to function. Water is also necessary for removing waste from the body. Thus, if a person does not receive an adequate amount of water, it will inevitably lead to the onset of diseases.
To prevent this, a person should consume as much fluid daily as they lose. On average, our bodies excrete about three and a half liters of water per day. These losses can be replenished not only with pure water but also with products that contain it. Such products primarily include fruits and vegetables, Nishi explained.
It is important not only to replenish lost water but also to know when to do so. Nature itself provides the answer to this question. If you observe wild animals, you can see that none of them drink water while eating. After feeding, animals rest and digest their food, and only then do they go to drink.
According to Nishi, this rule followed by wild animals is a law of nature. And if a person starts to follow this law, they can avoid many health problems.
What happens in the stomach of a person who drinks water during meals? When food is watered down, it is poorly processed by saliva, which contains alkaline. This means that the food is not prepared for digestion. Additionally, water dilutes the gastric juice, which then cannot properly digest food. Undigested food begins to decompose and spreads throughout the body in the form of toxins. Therefore, a person who drinks during and immediately after meals constantly poisons themselves, explained Nishi.
Nishi recommended drinking water after waking up, but before that, it is necessary to rinse the mouth. Water can also be consumed fifteen to twenty minutes before a meal and one and a half to two hours after a meal.
The Japanese professor recommended discarding all anxious thoughts when a person comes into contact with water and only thinking about positive things. Because those who drink water or take a bath in an irritated or anxious state only harm their health.
People have different attitudes to the scientist's advice, but water is truly an important and integral part of our lives. We should all remember this and take good care of our bodies. Thanks for watching, subscribe to the wisdom of the ages and be healthy!

This is a universally held old understanding of diseases, break any and all order and you get disorder.
We know better in modern times, although if held true - what orders are my children breaking when visiting nursery and bringing home new diseases every 2 weeks I wonder?
