- I got this new black watercolour dye from Europe; I have to say I have never encountered before a black dye that doesn’t turn yellow or blue and doesn’t harden the block. Even if it’s dark grey it’s pretty acceptable to be a commercial dye!

Tbh i think you're one of the few whose black dyed chalk came out so buttery as the original texture bc as I've observed so far black dye has the similar effect as citric acid, it mostly make the texture crunchy 😮🖤(just an observation,not sure)... ....I love how the insides were grayish black with the white core to them.......And you added the pristine white blocks to mke it b&w plus the best thing is that they were buttery🤩🤩🖤🤍...
