This song is legit about acceptance of special needs. The artist has said this himself. The song does **not** fit at all. The singer has it himself, the evil is the ways he acts due to what he has. Duality is referencing how people can suddenly act a different way due to how they are as a person. In the music video he overcomes his condition and accepts it. The video also has stolen artwork which the creators probably won’t like you using.

I get you not understanding the meaning of the song at first and can understand the confusion. You should still put actual credit to the artists though.
