Nice to see the old Gleaner Combines still doing a great job. For there time, they were pretty advanced machines in the cab and fairly easy to work on and keep in the field. M2/3, L2/3 and F2/3 are my favorites. I wish they would have kept making them. Thanks for the Videos.
Love watching the old machines at work. I always preferred corn harvest. Something about watching the corn going through the head. Great video and I will see you in the next one.
looks like a really good yield this year! so you have to have it dry or can you harvest when it is frozen? it is sad to have things fail just before harvest. I hope you are able to get the L3 working once again! are the soy bean looking as good as the corn for yield? good luck fixing and getting the crops harvested. take care and be safe out there Brandon!
Great to see the M3 running smoothly thru the corn. Was wondering if you have problems with the clean grain elevator getting over loaded with too much corn and making the slip clutch slip because it can't take it away fast enough.
Started here a bit last week. Having a few issues with the 1660, First I couldn't get the unloading auger to swing out or back. Had to run a bypass wire from the switch to the solenoid to make it work, think mice must have chewed off a wire or something under the cab? Last night the feeder chain got derailed to under the guide on top. Have to sort that out today. Starting to think my old machine needs a backup machine just to keep going! Maybe we need to go out and find a few old Gleaners like you did? Sure can't afford anything even close to recent as the prices are just plain stupid, we are a small family farm, so those quarter to half million dollar used combines aren't even a remote possiblity!
Looks like that old combine is still truckin' along huskin' corn for market. Weather is one of farmers top nemesis. Ya never know what Mother Nature is going to throw at you and she seems to send the worse at the worse possible time. Harvest season being the worse.
A L3 is one straw walker wider throughout the whole machine is what I have came up with L3 is just a bigger combine....I've never been involved with seeds that small

The M3 looks like an old school beast. Nice looking setup. Ole BLACK sounds good going through the gears 👍.
A Gleaner with duals is an awesome thing!!!
I love the looks of the M3 with the AGCO header. Old school beauty!!
Enjoy watching older combines they still produce good sample in hopper good video.
Good gosh you run all that land with those machines, I thought I was stretching it using a 9120 with 600acres haha
Great looking corn, I always enjoy the older combine.
M3 did a great job great video thanks Brandon and Dad you know combines are suppose to do their work in the dark that's why the lights all work
That black truck sounds good and healthy
Yeah that 400 Cummins that's in it is in good shape!
Great video Brandon the ole girl is really eating the corn. I hope you guys are getting good yields 👍
Good morning Brandon we've had bad weather here in western NY we had 4 inches of snow for the tail end of grape harvest I just finished yesterday

I would really enjoy seeing more combining and field work after combining vids

Looks kinda tight at that Co Op for trucks . Wouldn’t take many trucks to fill that lot .
You know as well as I do! We are not going to get all the trash and all the kernels!
Great Grandpa always said he would be a rich man if he could get every kernel but the wildlife has to eat to!!
Love your Gleaner videos!
Do you see a lot of deer when you are picking corn
Does the farm have any grain storage?
Do you have an l with duals or am i thinking of this m?
Hey Brandon...any issues with Vomitoxin on the corn there in Hoosier Land?
What is the difference between an m3 and an l3 ? I have an L3 and would like to know how to set it for red clover?
A L3 is one straw walker wider throughout the whole machine is what I have came up with L3 is just a bigger combine....I've never been involved with seeds that small
I am guessing , you mean the machine is running, so-so?
Why didn't you go back on the scale the same way went out
How much money u get for a full load?
A full load is approximately 1,000 bushels. Look up the current market price on a bushel of corn and you'll have the answer.
Hi mate your no1 fan Blake from aus still likes the L2 better 😉 lol
Dinosaur...
That puts out a better sample then a new one
