I like having the extra layer of protection of having to enter a PayPal Password before making purchases! Do you know how I can disable that Quick-Pay function on PayPal?

I get the sms verification every time I log in but I don't always receive the texts from Paypal so I just tried this and it doesn't work. I am still required to login on the new tab and go through the sms process.

Sadly it doesn't work fo me. My telephonenumber is wrong. Impossible to log in. When i get to opening the + for the Paypal site, It brings me to paypal, but not logged in. So the problem remains that i can't log in. I hate them lol

But if i remember correctly...I looked at an email Paypal sent me, and there was a link in it for Contact us / customer service. I clicked on that and it took me to the possibility to finally change the telephone number. After that i could close my account. Good luck! 🍀
If you are in the EU this won't work. It's now impossible to login to PP without having a mobile phone and if you've lost your phone or not changed the number you're screwed.
My issue is different I successfully logged PayPal account on the PayPal mobile app however afterwards the app requested I put the password once again and thus asking for phone number verification and I nolonger use the number..is there a method to bypass it on the mobile app??

If you want to log in the regular way, use the phone number PayPal thinks is yours. Then, once you are logged in, you can change it.
