This is a better-than-average plan for a larger home in a warm climate. I understand the concept of the "dirty kitchen", but for US home buyers I'd reduce that space to just include the laundry and use more of it to enlarge the kitchen and to make the powder room into a full bath for the guest room. The living area is small for four to six people, but if the climate promotes more outdoor living it's adequate. Good plan.

So far ito ang favorite small house design ko from you (pero maganda din talaga ang iba!). Siguro ikakasuggest ko nalang dito sa design na ito is garage space for 1 car (mas nice if sa right side ng bahay facing front) more power to you po.

I'd prefer this as 3 bedroom house: 1 on the groundfloor (spare) and 2 on the second floor. The extra space is an open office overlooking the ground floor, to give it a more open feel. I love the number of bathrooms. I want to extend the space of the kitchen. I will place a bath tub in the en suite bathroom in the master bedroom. 🥰
