When there was a news about a demand for halal food tourism in Hong Kong, some comments were getting mad, like "Look, they are trying to ruin the Chinese culture", " They are demanding another to fit their standard again", etc. Those comments did not even realize that Chinese MUSLIM cuisine has existing for hundred years! And Chinese had been catering and adapting their foods to fit halal requirements elsewhere in Southeast Asia so the Muslims can eat their foods. Those comments are nothing but blatant hatred and ignorance. This video shows a side that the Westerners do not really know (or perhaps care) about.
