I have a house in Camella Meridian 165sqm Elaisa Model but that house that you shown is way much bigger than my house and Lot but you said that this Greta unit is 150sqm. Much smaller than my LA. Get your facts straight because you might just confused your viewers and potential buyers 👎

hello, I verified with Camella office and its true that they offer 150 sqm for Greta before. Now they are offering it for 179 sqm and 149 sqm corner lot with extra lot - lot sizes vary per unit and in availability. :)

Hi, I'm a marketing officer from Camella Bacolod. Total floor area of the house can be divided into 2, thus 166 sqm divided into 2 is 83 sqm on ground floor and 83 sqm on 2nd floor. Making the house fit into a 150 sqm lot size. Hope this helps.

@@YSSAYSSA I know that like i said i have a house in meridian since 2008. I was not questioning the floor area but the lot area 150sqm only. Oh well maybe baka mukha lang siyang malaki sa labas since there is no houses in between but i hope that you can re verify that the unit you featured is really 150sqm only.
