One question though, I can use a public facing URL and it does not have to be through make or flowwise, right?
What I mean is if I expose an endpoint from my Azure environment and allow it to be called from Vapi it should work without using Make and Flowise - is my understanding correct?
I use flowise to create a RAG system and make to send the data back and forth. If you can do that in azure, sure!

Yes, flowise recently released a record manager tool.
Great tutorial! Is it possible to just send knowledge base or chat history through the prompt? So pretty much just get the data and parse it through make into de the "content" section (prompt) ?
There are many ways to add a knowledge base... but I'm not really sure what you mean.
Can you give an example?
Hi Savana, thank you for this. But what's the purpose of Vapi having a knowledge base "upload" section that allows you to upload PDFs? I thought I can upload my KB as a document.
I made this tutorial when vapi didnt have the option to upload documents yet. Now you can just use the knowlege base in vapi. Some people still prefer to connect their external vector database. You can do it both ways.

As far as I know vapi currently doesnt have the option for subaccounts. I believe it will come soon.. I have seen many requesting this.
