For the food being cold - you need to make sure things are evenly spread in the pan even though the game always tries to pile things up. You can actually shake the pan (instead of having to use a spatula) to distribute the food better. Like the last dish, it said "not enough broccoli" but it meant in the sauce so the broccoli wasn't touching enough of the pan sauce. The dev's were talking about this in their discord a while back.

Bought this game after watching a couple of your videos,.... the bad news,... I don't know how to cook. I've been chained to the microwave for years. Al I know is :Slit film, cook for 4 minutes. Stir potatoes. Recover film and cook an additional 2-3 minutes. Let stand 1 minute.
That's not in any of their recipes,... I am Sooooooo screwed!

I practiced making like 6 of those pasta dishes the other day and barely could get 3-4 stars. I tried all kinds of weird techniques too. It's so frustrating. Thankfully I'm actually a good cook IRL and it's much easier to make pasta lol This game drives me nuts b/c I'm trying to be too perfect. I'm glad to see you take it more seriously too!

just so you know, if you've ever put popcorn in the microwave, set the time for too long, then came to watch some videos on youtube, forgetting about the popcorn - you can definitely have something be burned and cold.
