Just spent a few days in Bournemouth. Lovely beach and gardens, town is a dump, beggars, drunks, druggies and boarded up shops. Prices are a rip off, £2.75 for a bottle of water, £3.80 for a Magnum ice cream, £13.90 for 4 hours parking. Won't be going back.
