Probably the best car bmw makes rite now, love the skyscraper grey. Cracking job mate, I bet the sun and heat is making your jobs difficult at the moment.
Lovely looking car! Over than the M cars, I would agree 👌🏼 Annoyingly so. I have a water mineral removal which I attach to the pressure washer for a final rinse, that way I avoid water spots
Beautiful finish Nick. Just started using Koch Chemie FSE. Really impressed with the product, helps with the hard water in my area and leaves a nice finish.
Awesome car. Kind of a dream one. Great work and I really enjoy your videos. Just a small suggestion if you could add the description even for your equipment that you use? Snow foam lance, towels used, etc. etc. That would help trying to find recommended products apart from shampoos and stuff. Thanks!
Top man! Don’t know how easy it is, but it’s a nice touch really. Sometimes I’m fed up with all the product comparisons from UA-camrs, but eventually you say I’ll get what this guy uses. It works for him! 😂 Keep up the good work! Thanks
Another great video Mr Harper. I laughed when you flipped that bottle of Chemical Guys over. In America, their products are considered watered down Walmart junk with 20 products doing the same exact thing. Anyway if their water spot remover works for you then who is anyone to judge?
Thanks Jeffrey! I always flip bottle, I can’t help it. This, unfortunately, is the only product of theirs I like. It’s really good, and very viscous so it stays on the panel 👍🏼
This particular detail is a 1 day (what can I do in a day) detail. It’s my most popular detail as it’s perfect for a daily driver and for someone looking to enhance gloss whilst removing 80% of defects
Love the 340M sport but prefer my M3 tourer which is due in September. Great work, the warm weather doesn’t help when washing cars, thankfully I have an undercover area for just that job!👌
Lovely car and great job on it. I notice you stick to the same chemicals mainly and, clearly they're good and work perfectly well, I'm just wondering if you try different products from time to time?
Lovely isn’t it! Over 13 odd years I’ve pretty much dialled in my chemicals. I’ve recently started using infinity wax and like a few of their products 👍🏼
@Harper's Car Detailing there are few I like the look of, especially the shampoo. I used the Synergy Lite, excellent little product. I'd like to go up the chain on their ceramics but I don't have a garage, so lite will do. Thanks for replying 🙂
I wouldn’t worry about having a garage for ceramic coatings. 95% of the coatings I do are outside, I just don’t post any videos as the key board warriors would come out at full force. Just make sure there is a clear day with no rain
@Harper's Car Detailing it's terrible when you do a brilliant job like you Nick and there's always someone who has to say something horrible, I think you're right not too post some videos, keep up the great work 👍 👍
Not at all. This particular foam is very lubricating. The whole car was machine polished anyway, so any marring would have been removed. I didn’t notice any when Inspecting the paint before polishing.
@@HarpersCarDetailing What did you use to polish? BMW clear tends to be harder than most so always curious to see what works for others - polisher/pad/liquid.
Mic D newer BMW are a lot easier to work on. Cartec 9000 and orange lake country pad. Older BMW this wouldn’t do much, so before this I would hit with lake country microfibre and Koch Chemie H8 then Cartec 9000
Good job, very nice to watch
If u get fed up with detailing Nick u could always get a job as a matador with those drying towel skills👍
Haha that’s a good point.
I can see myself living Spain
Thanks for dropping the nuggets brother! loved this one, Can't wait to next wash the 240i
No worries man 👊🏼
Oooooh I bet that’s lovely!!

Great product isn’t it! I sometimes use it as a drying aid, either spraying it on the wet surface before I wipe it, or in the towel

I’m certainly give it a go.
There might be some clothes that I can’t remember the names of, but I’ll try help out 👍🏼

Fantastic job as always, is that a full day's work or longer?

I love an estate car!
Very nice, they are beaut 👌🏼
There’s one that goes to the little gym I go too. Very envious!
Nice one Nick ….. plenty of Decon done there …… great finish ….. ‼️👏👏👏🫵

Does the clay bar not introduce marring? If done with that lubrication?

Did you have to clean the dog hair from the boot area, it looked pretty bad
I certainly did! It wasn’t too bad in all honesty. Long haired dogs are fine, it’s the short fine hair that’s tricky
@@HarpersCarDetailing YES the short fine hair is almost needle like. 👍
Leaving the wristband of your wash mitt exposed will scratch your paint. You should consider using a wash pad instead. Nice work otherwise! 😊
I haven’t marred the paint in 13 years and pretty much always used a mitt with a band on it.
I use to think the same but it doesn’t 👍🏼

Good to know!
Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to the next episode
I understand this is NOT a real M car but still…could have mentioned that just for the price😁
didnt know they made a 3 wagon
Looks lovely doesn’t it 👍🏼
3 series tourings have been around for decades, this particular one is lovely, very fine looking car
