This autoclave process is suitable for low temperature pasteurization - critical issue of this process is umbrella's effect that has to be monitored with care and might involve bad temperature distribution. Not suitable for flexible and semi rigid packaging. Lagarde autoclaves can recommend the process the most adapted to your product and packaging.
