【聊房产】为什么他们来马来西亚？

I am from the US and I have a desire to move to Malaysia. However I am not looking to retire or investing in real estate for Airbnb. Instead I want to work in IT as I have 20 years of IT experience specifically within financial institutions and banking. I don’t think MM2H is the best route for me since the monthly salary requirement is too high and I am not sure if MM2H allows me to work in Malaysia. I definitely want to purchase a property for myself and family to live in as well, particularly in Mont Kiara.

@allyangproperties不懂駕駛（在香港不用駕駛），很多人說在馬來西亞不駕駛不能生活，如果住在華人區退休，步行範圍有中價位民生商場（不用賣名牌的高級商場) 和很多地舖食肆，步行範圍或短程Grab/feeder bus達LRT, 可行嗎？KL有什麼區最適合呢？
