Hi guys I'm Cuban and I enjoyed this reaction was quite funny. 69 was in Cuba in Pinar del Rio, he definitely made a great change for some Cubans over there with all the money he gave away. Thank you, it is my pleasure to teach my black people in the US. So that they will not be deceived by the socialists. I'm going to talk about racism, but not against white Cubans who suffer mistreatment just like blacks, except for some differences: The racists are the white, mestizo communists; but the blacks are worse, because they are Uncle Tom, police who repress the black and white population.
I am an African American born in Cuba. My dad emigrated to Cuba in 1948 and stayed to live in Cuba. He married my mother and I grew up in Cuba, that's why I speak English since I was a child. But... Fidel Castro held us hostage until my aunt found us in 1996. Almost 48 years later. Little by little I have been getting to know thousands of my relatives. Especially to my hundreds of cousins in the US and other parts of the world.
Fidel made my father and blacks in general suffer so much, that in 1965 they put my father in the UMAP concentration camps for 2 months, because he was a musician, and Fidel said that listening to the music of the Beatles or US music was ideological diversionism. . My mother hada 4 children, and she was pregnant, so she had to sell hard cold to feed my brothers. My Cuban uncles helped them a lot, until they released my father. I was born a few years later.
I don't know how the blacks are so fool in the US, that they don't know that in Cuba the blacks live in apartheid worse than South Africa. In Cuba, blacks are prohibited from entering hotels, beaches, bars and hospitals, because they are only for tourists. Sure, the law is for everyone. But... white people always have relatives or friends who work in those places, and they always help them to enter. We blacks have no opportunity in Cuba to go to work anywhere where there is a dollar or any type of economic advantage.
There is also the law of dangerousness, better known by the fascist dictatorships as: (Law of lazy people and thugs). It consists of putting in jail blacks who do not work for GAESA, Raúl Csatro's company and his general meeting, which does not pay more than 10 dollars a month. Every year around 6,000 Afro-Cubans are imprisoned for 4 years in the 229 maximum security prisons and in the more than 5,000 forced labor camps, supposedly to re-educate them and prevent them from ever committing a crime. (As always, the law is for all Cubans, but they only apply it to blacks to prevent them from saying that it is about Apartheid).
They also persecute the Rastafarian community. It is also forbidden to have white girlfriends, especially from the US. If she's black from the US or another country, they let you into places with her, so they don't notice the racism. (the authorities know differential when the blacks are not Cubans). 24 hours a day they ask blacks for documentation, and many times they arrest us without reason. I was arrested once, for being in the dor of my house without a shirt.
More than 90% of the prisons are Afro-Cubans. It is estimated that Cuba currently has the largest black prison population in the world, by population size. It is calculated that there are more than 120 thousand Afro-Cubans, in a population of 10 million inhabitants. For whites, the mistreatment is the same, but they have more opportunities, because they always have white people within the military and the government of the dictatorship who can help them; in addition to relatives in Miami who send them money. We do not have anyone with important positions within the dictatorship. His mother is Mexican and his dad Puerto Rican which abandoned them. He stepdad was puertorrican too and that’s who he referred in the song because he passed away when he was like 13 years old. The video he filmed it with his phone in Cuba but he actually stayed with a family for two days because he wanted to live their live like they always do. He had $50,000 in cash which he distributed giving $100 bill to everyone. Lenier that he’s from Cuba said that you could buy practically every single home from two villages.
