A lot of people on earth are worried about the pollution in the air made my burning gasoline, but I think we can all allow George Miller to have a bit of fun.
Narraghetto This is a good movie about a character named Furiosa. there is a secondary/sidekick character in it named Max but he is irrelevant to the movie and could have been any character. A Mad Max movie will be about, surprise, Mad Max. This Max character has no agency in this movie, is not proactive in any way, purely reactive and plays a secondary role. This is not a Mad Max movie.
+GeirGunnarss That´s the beauty of it, everybody expects Max to be the hero, instead they get a really good character like Furiosa. I loved it. Don´t worry, there will be sequels and Max is going to have more "hero time".
GeirGunnarss True, but Max did have his moments. It was his plan to bring everyone back to the Citadel, for example. I think that Max was more of a reactive character in this film is because he is usually more of a lone wolf and has some kind of freedom to go his own way. His freedoms were taken from him at the beginning of the movie.
This is insane. I remember watching the film when it came out, but I thought all these cars were CGI. I just couldn’t fathom how these cars could work.

+Drew fromOz Where in the video is the Mini?
+Matt Waller 21:23
omg that thing is bad ass
Some of the most unique and awesome custom vehicles I've ever seen. Just amazing pieces of completely functional kinetic artwork.
And be glad that the production design team won an Oscar for their work. Absolute well deserved
No words can reveal how great this movie is!
From big screen to dvd, I've watched this movie a total of 183 times. I've watched the original trilogy a total of 45 times. I'm wondering if that's a bad thing or not. 🤔😁
My numbers should be around 80 by now. I was wasted for about half of them.
I was speechless when I watched the film, watching the behind the scenes, now I can say nothing
What did you even just say
A lot of people on earth are worried about the pollution in the air made my burning gasoline, but I think we can all allow George Miller to have a bit of fun.
THis compared to highways, its nothing
What cars produce is nothing to what factories and farming produce
@@ProVision3187 you like food dick head imagine how destroyed the planet would be with out farming you clown
sydney duck calm down
Fringe Wizard yeah
My college day favorite. Until now its still my favorite movie 🔥
It's a shame that Max never got to use his car in the movie...
+Narraghetto it´s ok, this isn´t a Mad Max movie. When one gets made, he will.
GeirGunnarss what do you mean?
Magnificent creations!just shows what wonderful things the human mind can create.
I loved this movie!! I'm really surprised it didn't make more money than it did.
+Richard Russom I'm off to the store to drive it higher right now!
This is insane. I remember watching the film when it came out, but I thought all these cars were CGI. I just couldn’t fathom how these cars could work.
Dear Santa...
+Nordic1337 plz give me a flame spewing guitar >:3.
5:06 Just put it in 0,25 speed and double tap the spacebar real fast. Chose your wallpaper.
the comma and full-stop keys let you move one frame at a time ;)
my gratitude for the production team for making these, these are truly art
I seen all of the original Mad Max movies with Mel Gibson when they came out in the theaters. I had my doubts when I heard that a new Mad Max was coming out with non of the original cast. I was not dissapointed at all. An excellent movie.
Мне Харди понравился больше.👍
11:07 The Doof Wagon owner should be the leader, cos having 64 working speakers post-apocalypse is rarer than wood.
id drive that to a SLAYER show
This was the first action film since The Matrix 1 which absolutely blew my mind in the theatre. I was literally on the edge of my seat with my mouth open. My wife actually laughed about the look on my face after we walked out saying I looked like a toddler.
21:24 For sale 19 something something mini cooper. Some owners, all dead. Good runner. Slight chassis mods but Solid body. Unexpected trip to Valhalla forces sale.

Very underrated comment!!
Hat off to the production designer! totally nailed the overall theme of the fury road
They should make some money on the side by designing and building military vehicles. We'll win a war in seconds with that Doof Wagon.
+Sunny Smiles We won't even have to engage in battle. The sight of the Doof Wagon would scare the enemies into surrender.
SS2point0 that would be terrifying
That is the wildest creativity lv ever seen its just too cool it really is MAD and the whole definition of MAD
"The car is a metaphor for power." I like that.
this is insane in the best way... will for sure show this to my students in film class
"It's two V8 engines locked together into one shaft. What more can I say."
-Hugh Keays-Byrne
I love that line, just showing how far they went to make the cars of this movie.
The crazy ass cars were my favorite part. Reminds me so much or Carmageddon, Twisted Metal, Interstate '76, and even Flat Out...
Actually Carmageddon, TM, interstate 76 and the rest all took inspiration from Mad Max road warrior back in the 80's
Every one of those cars were masterpieces. Such tremendous imagination and creativity.
This one movie beats every fast and furious movie 😂
Of all the movies I loved as a Kid and had to wait 20 years for a sequel, This is the only one that didnt dissapoint
The song at: 19:36 is named "Mad Max Fury Road - Redemption". A totally awesome song.
Brothers in arms not redemption, and yes, it is awesome.
In 21:34 the name song??

George Miller: ok
George Miller: hold my beer!
I was not a car guy until I saw this movie
this film is the closest to cinematic perfection humans can hope to achieve.
If I was a trucker I want my truck to look like the war rig it looks really cool
Bryce Wakefield agree.
rip hugh keays-byrne (immortan joe)its so amazing how he beams talking about these cars. i miss him :(
It's amazing that this cars are more varied and better that the Video game ones... They put a lot of work in this, and maybe should have done more in the video game
These cars looks amazing and all, but those gas prices to run these beasts must have been half the budget of the film
They must have had TANKERS full of gasoline. Premium and maybe race fuel too.
They had 150m budget mate.
@@deplorabledave1048 Absolutely high octane!!!!!!
@@albertandrews130
Both my cars demand high octane only. Taking advantage of lower prices while they last. $2.35/US Gallon .

War rig ❤❤
I was a Het driver 88M in Iraq ,the war rig would have scared the shit out of the Iraqi's lol
What you guys needed was a Doof Wagon
Edit: I should mention, I don't at all blame the Iraqis. If I saw the war rig driving on the freeway in Ohio, I'd GTFO
20:53 that locking accelerator pedal is now included as a standard feature on the Tesla Cybertruck.
This is how you make a movie with empowered powerful women without it being woke and ridiculous
because the focus is on making a friggin' good movie, not pushing an agenda...organic inclusion is best, forced inclusion is just bad
@ Using it in the context of ridiculous is a good thing. You made yourself look stupid by commenting as you did.
@@kasegiyabu5030 nah, saying something 'woke' is pretty cringe. This movie was criticized as 'woke' when it came out. The people who said this was woke was because of the brides and focus on Furiosa instead of Mad Max. So there apparently are very different definitions of the derogatory term 'woke' going on here, and these people have made the usage of 'woke' as cringey as they write off any movie with a "strong" lead female character as crap.
cus the mad max trilogy is mostly focused on dudes in bdsm outfits
george miller films = sexy gay soft core porn
Better off if it was all about the main Charecter of the franchise, Mad Max.
All I can say is, someone must had a dang good time in the auto shop...🙃
I love that the accelerator on the war rig is a foot measurer. It's not only functional, it also fits well into the movie since everything in the Wasteland has been repurposed.
In the movie when she said “it’s not his blood” I went crazy
This work put into it is what separates this movie from the rest
The peacemaker is my favorite
To me, it just goes to show how actuall physical stuff is always miles better than CGI, plus those tiny little additions to detail that may be in the film for a split second really add up to something special.
I am at a complete loss for words other than WOW!!!!!
Everty one is bragging about how "this is Furiosa film" blah blah blah. Well. Mad max is fucking MAD, and this is first film when he acts like it. He is mad. He dont realy give a shit. He already got hes healthy dose of pain and suffering in life, so he acting like it.
Agreed. He acts more like an animal than a person. Running like mad to save his life.. Potentially willing to gnaw off a limb to escape chains; lashing out violently without hesitation to dispatch anyone or thing in his way. It's almost like his humanity has to claw its way out begrudgingly to show any kind of compassion to the women he ultimately helps (against his better judgement of course)
Damn, working on the design of these monsters would be my dream job.
Bro knowing the cars are real just made the movie more badass give me that interceptor
If at some point the civilization really falls apart, these movie props will become the most treasured property on the planet.
I could listen to those engines all day
so like 40% of the budget was spent on gasoline?
"italian muscle car on the world's fastest tank"
oof
"So basically it's an aircraft valiant musclecar, all mounted on the world's fastest tank."
... They couldn't make that sound more badass if they _tried._
Dude this explain why I love mad max so much… being a car / biker enthusiast. This explain a lot.
holy shit a monstertruck at 120mph 200kmh damn :)
Always liked these movies. The happiest memories as a child, they inspired me to work on cars and I do, my own cars. I save big bucks $$$$$.
Thank you!
Anyone else go frame by frame through 5:09 just to appreciate all the cars individually?
