    It is a very interesting topic, especially when it comes from the perspective of a dual resident, rather than the usual commercial media with a political agenda. I've been to Mexico many times, and what fascinates me is how different it is compared to what you hear about that country in the US Media. In Mexico life appears a lot easier than the one we live in the US, most expats would talk about that (no wonder they have chosen to live there and not in the US). Thank you very much for the information, I hope this topic keeps coming back; a necessary perspective when thinking about moving to Mexico. Much appreciated. Cheers.

    I have been doing lots of research on Mexico for retirement and now I am moving this month:) I like AMLO and if Sheinbaum does what she says, I think she will do great. Hope she joins BRICS and doesn't let US govt boss her around. I don't think she will. She told VP Kamala when she tried to lecture her about immigration that Mexico would address the issues from a place of Sovereignty. She said that on another occasion. So I like that. Your video was helpful bc it solidified my own optimism about being a resident of Mexico:) Viva Mexico!

      Hello Kathryn thank you for sharing your thoughts 💭. I’ve been trying to understand more and more how Mexico functions as a country. I’ve lived there but as a student I really never bothered in those things, now my focus is different and it’s easier to understand why they do the things they do. Some good and some bad, but overall Mexico does feel like a more free country

    I'm Mexican and I think this is a good overview, to understand a little bit all the mexican complexity of the elections and the why this is happening, also is important to say that despite all the media lies inside and outside México.

    One of the exciting elements I have for Sheinbaum is what she did in Mexico City, she really improved tenfold the security in Mexico City, a massive city larger than a lot of countries, if she is able to implement those changes nationwide then it will be a major improvement in security, if not organized crime then at least on regular street level crime and insecurity, which would be a significant improvement

      Hello. What have you heard about that? This would be the first time someone mentions issues with renters.

    • @orphafina
      @orphafina Місяць тому

      That the government will own your properties, and if you have renter's and they don't pay rent that you can't kick them out! Something I heard on the news hopefully it's wrong.

    • @yeshuaismyredeemer
      @yeshuaismyredeemer  Місяць тому

      @@orphafina have you heard something in the US called eminent domain? It’s when the government can take ( at fair market value ) a property when it’s needed for the overall good of the citizens. Essentially it’s the same they will do in the future, this was passed because a lot of people used (amparos) to stop the projects like the tren maya and the TMEC and other infrastructure needs like the new highways. The opposition did this to mess with the current president and hike up the prices. With this new law the amaros will not take as long to process. If someone’s home or property happens to be in the way of the new project, the new law will take place. But this also happens here in the US. They won’t take a property with out just cause. Hope this helps.

    Not sure if i heard in this video, the possibilities of mexico becoming as Venezuela?

    • @yeshuaismyredeemer
      @yeshuaismyredeemer  Місяць тому

      People say that Mexico will become a Venezuela, but most of the false statements are coming from the opposing parties trying place fear in people. However the prof of the opposite is in the many things this government doing to show people that they will follow the democratic way of doing things. Also the reason people saying all these things because Morena promotes social justice and social programs however these programs are nothing compared to other countries. The social programs they offer , to me are the basic needs of the people not overly done where one might have to worry about.

    • @loujimenez8505

      Will see , the social agenda they are introducing is pretty scary, it all sound good when they give everything and have you dependent on them, the Mexican families don't trusted, they have seen what Venezuela turn too. Nit only that , I heard the cartels are on her side and telling the people who to vote.😮 scary!

    Sorry forgive me Im really trying to understand. So which party won the majority of the house and a good part of the senate over there? My goodness the police sure do need to be paid better , have better benifits and have better equipment . My heart sank when a saw leftist and non indigenous roots (was excited that the other woman has Otomi roots to keep the beauty of Mexican culture hopefully) but when I see leftist because of the social problems we have in the states due to leftist policies, I get so upset since it goes down to even spiritual level . My forefather is a signer of the US Constitution and was president of the continental congress so politics and the importance of freedom just run through my veins as much as I wish it didn't sometimes. My prayer is that no more liberal social policies that destroy families get pushed to the youth (feminism, abortion, transgenderism, etc) but I do thank you for explaining the economic ideas she has as they do sound good (except I heard she is pro carbon tax which would be in line with the WEF 😮 and the batteries for electric cars are not good for the environment) but if the government can finally do something to put the smack down on crime , now that would be an answered prayer. I hope what Bukele started was the beginning of a crime syndicate clean up. Lots of exposure now happening on the US which will hopefully lead to justice as well. I only pray, hope and envision good things for Mexico , it's people and a good relationship with the US and Canada and it's people. As scary as it all is I must remember God is in control and the Mexican people are strong and resilient, I just hope they don't have to go through what we have had to in the US to realize how strong and ethical we should be. Many blessings to you as always! And many thanks for your videos and information

      The one with "Otomi roots" Xochitl was fake, she doesn't have any roots of that, besides that she's very corrupt and a serial liar, a simple puppet of oligarchs, we're very confident of continue with this kind of government, no wonder Claudia has over 60% of votes, we're trying to get mayority on senate and the house as well so could make some constitutional amends needed, like cleaning the very corrupt judicial system that helps criminals and keep in the limbo innocent people for years, I give you and example: if the army, marine or regular police got into a fight with a cartel (with several people dying from both sides), as soon as it get to the judicial system (Norma Pina), they could say: "report says that happen at 5;15 buy really happens at 5;30, so freed them because of that", its frustrating to have that kind of corrupt judges and ministers, for that reason the mexican people voted to choose the right judges and they don't like that, let's be optimist, I'm so happy with Claudia and 7 more state governors and most likely 2/3 of both chambers. future is bright!

      One of AMLO’s Plan C or 20 reforms he intends to implement now with the majority in the houses is about sovereignty to the indigenous people in Mexico, essentially granting them self governance over their recognized lands and protection from private companies trying to buy the land or the federal government giving concessions to private companies without the consent of the indigenous population.
