Great video as always HW, simply love those and was waiting for this one. Amazing guide although, if possible I would suggest having a little less attack power and maybe crit for extra hit. Different to rogues and eshams, warrior is the most punished class by missing, since it affects our main resource generation and nullifies proccs as flurry. Also, to all warriors out there, it may seem that the DPS for fury is quite low compared to the other classes already showed on the others dungeon guides by now. Not gonna lie, for now, it is, but warrior in TBC is one of the best scaling classes by gear on the exp so although this numbers may be small for now, with the hit cap, expertise and others bonuses from higher ilvl items, expect to top the meters in no time, so you definitely should give fury warrior a try. I also would recommend the 2h arms warrior pve, requires less hit rating and would use the same gear as the guide while doing decent DPS as well!
For some reason people always sleep on the Shattrath Leggings, even though they are BIS for a long time just because Expertise is very good. Ignoring expertise is like ignoring hit rating. Everyone gets hit capped, but act like expertise is irrelevant. Clefthoof Hide Leggings are decent also, but they are a worse version. If you fail to get ether one of these items, you are better off rerolling your character and doing the quests again to make the correct choices.
@@midnightblue1874 Pure shit. I'm a warrior player, in 5 man dung, war tank is not the best choice for speed run but at least works OK with some CC. Blue geared fury war is pure shit..... Can't even do half of the dps of warlock / hunter / mage, and even don't have Sap to CC, easier to take mob melee AOE dmg that increases healer problems.
Is this mob permastun ? Because it means you're never missing hits and you generate a lots of rage, that wouldn't happens with regular mobs and your true dps would be way lower. At the beggining of Fury warrior, i like to increase my hit, it helps a lot for generating rage, yours seems very low ( even after yellow cap )
"If I do say so myself" is an expression when you end up complimenting yourself, not other things. "This is a good guide, if do say so myself" is correct. "This is a good trinket, if I do say so myself" is a bit weird, unless you're the guy at blizzard who made it.
Don't misleading innocent ppl, plz. You are literally doing test on a lvl68? If u attack at least 72 mob that we normally found in Arca or even SV, your dps will be a disaster. Around 300-350 depends on fight. So let me be straight. If u really want to play dps war, at least get yourself full S1 or even S2 and stack as much hit rate as u can. Then go some basic HC to try out. Fury war is very very depends on gear, so, low gear war can't fill rage at bottom line and will "stuck" a lot. They are not that God melee dps in vanilla anymore. Don't expect you can do even half dps as hunters or warlocks when you are in all blue gears.
I'm saying this this might be the fastest way to step over that gap u gonna face. As a blue green geared fury war, no one wants u in dung, hence you can't get geared. In HCs? worse, cuz ppl need CC in HC and u have none. Me personally I play tank at first to go and get all the gear I want. With second spec(in my server)PVP to gather some dps part that I can't find before Kara. Pick BS to get those 3 hammers, pick Eng to get 2 goggles and from there, I can finally do some dps but still not even close to a frost mage.
Replace the blue belt with the green one you showed + replace ar'kelos with terrokar tablet (+22) + replace your no hit ring with leafbeard ring from BDM zone (+12) + replace your gloves with zaxxis ones from slaying nesaad in area 52 ( +13) + replace your necklce with Natasha's ( +10) with your other gears 151 hit

Dps rogues and warriors are so niche pick to any group but I wish good luck to anyone willing to do so in classic tbc.
At the same time you can't have a raid group with only casters
Rogues were pretty much good in hc's back in TBC. I don't remember having any problems in finding a group, DPS warrior on the other hand...
