Highway encroachments are equally responsible for all these conditions. The highway from Nahalagun to Nirjuli has been encroached upon by land grabbers. Most of the drains and connecting roads to the highway have been constructed as if the highway is a river where you send all your trash. Leaders, departments and the general public all are hopeless in Arunachal Pradesh.
