Both have almost same amount of snow. Marhi have a little more snow and you can visit Solang Valley and Atal Tunnel with Gramphu.

Gramphu and Marhi have the same amount of snow but if you want to cover Atal Tunnel then proceed to Gramphu.

Koksar side se koi permit nahi lagta. Agar Himachal Pradesh ki car h to koi fee nahi hoti or agar or state se h to special area development authority ki fee hoti h 200/300 rs.
Or agar Marhi jate h via Gulaba to 550 permit fee hoti h.
