And about the steps, yes after you stop dribbling the ball you have 3 more steps (what you can't do is dribble again). I learned to play this great sport in 1971. Ended up playing with a USA Olympic demonstration team. Has been around for a long time. Played both goalie and forward positions. Slower adoption in the USA.. But it is a great sport. Action. Constant. COmbines soccer basketball, hockey. ANd it requires a ton of skill to play defensively too. Fantastic sport.
