Just fyi @ ~5:50 when you're talking about the damage cap, that's wrong, as confirmed by GGG posts earlier on the FAQ. Damage over the cap does not help on ubers, as the reduction is calculated after the cap is applied. The cap is a hard cap, ubers or not. Doesn't really change much just wanted to mention it, since it might be worth to drop a bit of damage to gain some survivability.
man really, congratulations. This is one of most complete builds i have ever seen. It has everything. Clear, dmg, move speed, survivability AND it is not actually expensive. You can league start it and go all the way. The capacity of the build to League start AND to scale is very important. People don't want to feel pretty good in a 3 div setup, but if you expent 50 you don't get much more (like 30% more dmg or feel squishy). Also people don't want to need 50 div to just get the build rolling
One of the more enjoyable things with this is that most upgrades are sub 5 divines each, so you can do a lot of "smaller" upgrades. Personally I really don't like builds where you quickly get to a point where the next upgrade is 20+ divs. I league started this and I enjoyed it immensely!
I'm playing impending doom this league because of your videos and I'm having the best time I ever had in PoE. It is amazing. It took a while to get up to speed (had the problem that impending doom was not exploding due to low level punishment) but now it is great. At the moment, I solved the mana problem completely. Everything costs 0 mana, so that I can spec out of EB. Running Apeps and Dawnbreaker. Next step is to get the cluster jewel setup. There are still so many upgrades I can do and it already feels so good. I'm really looking forward to what the build will be able to do once I'm done with it.
@@gelu2953 this league impending doom had been bugged but should be fixed now. My issue had been that punishment was to low in level. With lower level, the AoE is to small.
I'm confused in the POB configuration it explains where the 15% increased max life comes from but where do all of the damage mods and cast speed come from? I can only see the 32% chaos dot multi from crucible tree I think? Custom modifiers: 1000% increased cast speed 15% increased maximum life (from chest mastery) 25% more damage +32% to chaos damage over time multiplier
Because high mana cost, My 3 gems are all below 20, It's confusing me whole game why not trigger on first cast. And now I finally know what happen, thank you.
@steelmage what does Deadly Ailments do that ruins Divergent Void Manipulation? I still see a lot of people using that combination? But it sounded like we should be using Awakened Added Chaos instead if we are using Divergent Void Manipulation?
I rolled to this build because of caster mastery next to witch starting zone that opens chests. God damn strongboxes and breach feels amazing now. I’m only on 9mil dps because I’m SSF and yet got any big upgrades but getting there
I'm still rocking steel's PoB from last league, truly some damage lose on the tree but picking up some good defense nodes like recoup. Crucible nodes for the dawnbreaker can be interesting but I agree I can't anything useful for a one-handed weapon.
Is there a reaon that you've crafted: (69-75)% increased Chaos Damage + Chaos Skills have (21-23)% increased Skill Effect Duration over the craft that gives (67-81)% increased Chaos Damage? Does Skill Effect Duration do something for the build that I'm unaware of?

Also, how to cast malevolence without eldritch battery? still cost too much. (I don't have anomalous increased duration yet, is 20% reduced cost really enough? doesn't seem like it will be)
i don't have the inc duration thing and with less than 200es i can already cast it normaly try de-leveling the blessing gem, every level adds a bunch of flat mana cost to the aura
@@Francorocco well yeh with Eldritch battery it's fine, but I'm pretty sure steel specced out of EB and was still casting it, but it costs over 200 mana so I don't get it. The 20% from alt quality gem will only drop it by about 50? I'm guessing. I must be missing something. (Only have 2/3 neg mana cost crafts, but that still won't do much right?) So with Eldritch battery it's fine. Just don't understand how to spec out of Eldritch battery and still cast it. Struggling to get money this league, slowly improving.

Ok i am not an expert in crafting but this is what i did in craft of exile to try this, 1. Get fractured Chaos base (if you plan on getting chaos res in other place you can choose other useful fractured mod of your liking) 2. Use Veiled Chaos Orb until you Unveil Ailment Duration, you have to unveil UNTIL you get one of two things: 1) you get Ailment with an open suffix, 2) you get Ailment with a good res AND an open preffix a) if you get one this is kinda expensive, you craft "Prefixes Cannot Be Changed" then harvest reforge lightning, cold or fire (depending which res you need ) and you pray you dont get your prefixes full, if you have an open prefix you craft "Suffixes Cannot Be Changed" and then harvest reforge Life and hope for a good life roll and an open prefix to craft phys as fire, i think this is the most expensive option because just crafting two times the "cannot be changed" mods you need 4 divs plus the Veiled Chaos Orbs. b) if you get option two, you just need to craft "Suffixes Cannot Be Changed" harvest reforge life, get a good life roll and an open prefix and craft phys as fire and you are done. I think this is the cheapest you may need to use more veiled orbs but you only need 2 divs for the cannot be changed craaft As i said i am not the mos knowledgeable crafter but i'll sugest you try this first in craft of exile before you try in game, and if someone with more experince knows a way to craft this helm more easily i will appriciate the help

How do i sustain my eldritch battery/Energy shield? I have minus Mana on both Rings and amulet. Cant afford alternate quality gem for ES leech. Already have spelldamage leeched as ES on flask, but cost/Cast Speed is too high. What can i do?
i mean, for map clear it doesn't make any difference, you're geting charges on kill anyway, and normal map bosses don't live long enough for it to matter
Why u are not using cloak of flames now, because u are missing that 10% phys dmg taken conversion? Also there is around 1k evasion on lightning coil, which u will miss on cloak.
I tried the POB and went for the Impending Doom Swap and it doesn't work. 1st, the swap only requires level 64 but the gems requires level 70. Then, the build didn't have minus mana cost, and it bricked the skill no damage.

It is really strong. But to take it you need to give up other nodes. Poison spread when you have a flask up, Automatic Whither or a massive 30% flask effect. Playing in soft core you normally give up tank to make a build kill and clear faster. You could get it later with forbidden jewels, but at that point tailwind sounds juicy to go even faster.
i finished my staff today, it has fractured +1, t2 chaos dot multi, multimoded chaos dmg% and +2 gems, and the crucible tree is +1 spell gems(doomblast has a spell tag), 25% cdr and eldritch battery, it has a dead notable on the t3 mod but is too risky to try
I was looking at your staff. You could pretty safely try to get +1 to socketed gems by scouring the prefix, cannot roll attacks, exalt slam. You have around 1/11 to land +1 on the first try, and 100% chance on the second, since the only other possible prefix is mana. Could be worth on the long run.
with a +1gems/+2 support gems staff a 21 added chaos is better than an awakened added chaos. also i think cruelty is a bait for bosses, not only ubers. i never saw more than 27-28% against a normal exarch/eater. and thats the moment, where my now lvl 24 added chaos is better. deadly ailments would be still stronger, but it ruins leech :/

Regarding the staff craft. If you're like me, and you're crafting without the fractured generic dot multi cause you've been going hard with the crucible tree to get +1 int gems, cooldown and curse effect all on the same tree and you thought hey, I'm fine without the generic dot multi and it should make the crafting easier. When you're at the step where you have dot multi suffix, multimod and cannot roll attack as your 3 suffixes and you're ready to exalt for +1 gems. If you get +2 socketed chaos gems on that first exalt, don't be like me, don't get exited and think "Omg, if I manage to exalt the +1 socket now then I don't need the multimod and I can slam suffixes twice after this, that would be sick, then slam and get mana... THEN, you realize that you could've crafted mana as your 3rd crafted affix and since +2 chaos blocks all other +1 and +2 fire, lightning etc, and you already have cannot roll attack mods, you would've been guaranteed the +1 socket. As Steel said, that specific step where you benchcraft over and over and over is extremely expensive and I was staring myself blind on getting the +1 and missed that I got an even better outcome. Rip like 30 divines right there :D
Isn't the only mod that works for this build the support gems mod? I have an amulet with +1 chaos skill gems and it's worthless because it doesn't affect impending doom as it is not considered a skill. Unless theres a multi level + all skill gem mod, but I thought that only was +1 all gems
Gloves: #1) Vixen's Entrapment This is core item. Purchase as soon as possible! The build will NOT function without these gloves, so do not attempt it without them. NOTE: The vixen's proc cases curses clockwise, starting with top-left. The first curse, socketed in top-left, is always overriden. Here, punishment is recommended. Socket spell-cascade, enfeeble and temp-chains in the other sockets; order is not important.
How exactly do you get 100% phys to ele? 50% on coil, 15% on taste of hate, 10%(?) on helm implicit and 12% watchers, even if you get double mod watchers its 99%, what am I missing?
15% taste of hate turns to 25%+ with enough flask effect. Helmet can be up to 18% with delve mod and implicit, and 14% for cheap with craft and low implicit.

Some build need that to get going tho. You just need to understand what builds need what budget to do what you want. This build is very cool though

I believe having abit of resistance on gear is nice due to some of the altars downside is having negative reistances. Could get rippy 😂

What is all his CDR sources I know u get 25 from staff boots and belt but his POB for endgame says 57% or something like that
if you want to play this leveling up, go with double kikazarus + regen belt and put life tap on them so u use life to cast instead.

Ok so I missed the extra 8% crafted on the helm. With enough flask effect, that should just scrape into 100 I think.

Reduced mana cost craft on flask not es leech. EB is a holdover, the goal is 0 mana cost on everything

How you deal with mana? Dont see any mana reduction. What is most annoing on playing is you soon lose your ES to cast.

I can't understand how you got 23% physical redaction from the taste of hate flask. I have 21 with 15% roll.
How exactly do you get 100% phys to ele?
50% on coil, 15% on taste of hate, 10%(?) on helm implicit and 12% watchers, even if you get double mod watchers its 99%, what am I missing?
100% uptime progenesis with massive flask effect makes the last bits very survivable. Realistically you need a whole lot less -toad
15% taste of hate turns to 25%+ with enough flask effect. Helmet can be up to 18% with delve mod and implicit, and 14% for cheap with craft and low implicit.
