i was in dire need of this video, few days ago i tried my first hand at bhatura, I used curd to aerate the dough. It worked to a certain extent but my bhaturas would tear apart when they rise. I ended up having oily puris. I like your version better and I know what I did wrong too... I will add sugar next time to increase binding.... thanks yaman.

Cook bature.
Take one kg of mada or whole wheat flour and add a bowl full of curd,
Not Just curd but, a sour curd, means two days old sour curd in it
And a Salt for taste
That's it now put water n knead it
In the night. N keep muslin cloth over it and keep it in a dry place next day it is ready to make bature

alag hote h eno m antacid k saath flavour bhi hota h jo flavour bigad jaata h khane ka baking powder sirf antacid hota or ku6 extra flavour nhi hita to flavour ko harm nji krta
