Shaq did check Charles on the Lakers winning 3 out of 4 segment tho.. Charles only went to Finals once & never went back or won a ring so cant really tell shaq what he should've , could've done to win more when he never been in shaq position. 3 out of 4 Rings is still Great besides Spurs were the best in 02-03 & Detroit was the best team in 03-04 & was their time to shine, especially defensively which is why Pistons punished Lakers in Staples center in 04. So dont matter if Shaq wouldve done more Spurs & Detroit most likely still wouldve won anyway.

Shaq loses when he starts getting emotional and saying charles never won. Its Like why cant he just discuss and admit that its true, he was lazy and couldve have a better career. He gets defensive and starts throwing shots. Thats where hes wrong.

If he kept to the argument he would be seen as right a lot mor but the fact is his arguments start of great and are usually correct at least based on his substantial experience but he gets sensitive and personal which invalidates the argument
Shaq has always been thin skinned and kinda of a bully. He can dish it but can't take the slightest criticism without making it personal. The way he treated JaVale McGee, the way he disrespect's Chuck's legacy etc. He's gotten much better on Inside the NBA but Chuck carries that show and everyone knows it.

I love Shaq, but his competition in the Finals during that 3-peat was weak. Pacers were ok. The Sixers weren't a match. The Nets were even worse than Philly despite being a more talented team than the Sixers the year. before.

Charles in his head to head match ups with Shaq (he guarded Shaq in some of those games) usually matched Shaq in scoring but out rebounded Shaq, Chuck was way past his prime and out rebounding Shaq.
Charles Barkley's argument is always about what it takes to get to the NBA Finals and Win - when he's never won at that level. Shaq's argument is always, I know what it takes to get there and to not only win there. But to be the decision making factor in why your team won there because I've been there 4 times and for 3 of those times I was the biggest reason why my team won.
If prime Barkley played with prime Wade and Bosh, or a prime Kobe with big shot Bob, he would have won titles. By the time he got to Houston he and Akeem were in their mid 30s.. He almost took Phoenix to a championship, Kevin Johnson and Marley were good, but not superstars.
Lol all of their "arguments" are one-sided. Shaq just thinks that he's winning the argument by drowning out what Chuck has to say instead of actually hearing him out, especially when he makes some valid points. You can't argue if you just personally attack the other person lol that's why they never end on some common ground.

When you see birds on a wire or tree branch, you might want to be on your best behavior because the birds are listening to you, and they are reading your emotions, however slight. So, say hello to the birds in a casual, unemotional voice. Calm humans are less frightening. They naturally listen to you because you are what's happening, you're the action.

But isn't it true? Barkley always talking like he knows everything and like he's a NBA champ, but he hasn't won a single ring. Then he uses the Kobe Bryant and Dwyane Wade teammate insult to Shaq but Barkley forgets about the big 4 on his team that year he played n the finals and they still didn't win.
So Barkley can't tell Shaq "u should've done such and such" to win MORE CHAMPIONSHIPS when Barkley don't have a single one himself.
Facts! I said the said thing..Shaq checked him on that..unfortunately Barkley was shut down by the GOAT MJ & the Bulls when he went to the finals & had his opportunity to win a ring.
