This has to be my favourite dreamhouse out of all Barbie dreamhouses. Wish they create a bigger and better version of this in coming years.
I need this. It has pink, but not everything is pink, personally I really don't like pink, and you can activate things with commands? Holy cow, I used to think barbies were only small princess and fairy dolls, but now they have ones based on real people, and have this house?! This is amazing!!

I know it sounds cool, but I suspect what this really is designed for (no reflection on MFS) is to get children used to using "smart" appliances. Much of it is already here in their parents' homes. The question is whether it's a good idea privacy-wise, to have everything hooked up to the internet, the local power companies, law enforcement, you name it. Wow! How times have changed!! When I was a kid, I was over the moon when Santa brought me the Barbie Townhouse. Three floors, flat cardboard back wall printed with one room on each floor, and a pink elevator you operated with a pull string. 🤣❤ Good times!

I think it would be so fun to customize this whole house! Give it a head to toe makeover: spray paint the door a different color, refinish the cabinets in the kitchen, change the wallpaper and bedding in the bedroom, etc. That way it is unique and customized but still has the awesome "smart house" features! :D

Seems cool (at first) but I think it will eventually get annoying to be constantly saying "hello dreamhouse" every time you want to do something
It also has buttons you can press to do things manually.
edstella still though, I think toys are becoming too mechanical and robotic nowadays. It takes away the humanity of a child playing with his/her toys. It will be hard for kids nowadays to experience the fun you can have with just a simple Barbie, maybe a few craft supplies and your imagination
Zoe Grace Eh, I reserve judgement as to every individual child's play patterns. Having the house does not change their involvement in make believe or creating stories (just a missed opportunity for fine motor skill practice in crafting). It's just a backdrop. It is more telling of a parents' willingness to spend so much for it rather than spend time interacting/playing with their child and their dolls.

Alexa Dondiego true. when I was younger mine was like 200 and it was a blue house. Idk it didn't do all that fancy stuff but, It worked for me and what it did was enough. I wish they could at least be fair with prices. and the fact that you have to get a app with it is sad. not all kids can have a table or phone so it would be hard for them to get everything. I later got another one after my mom gave my blue one away by mistake. that was white and it did alot. I can't remember the price but maybe 200 or more. I think it would be cool to have a doll a child can buy or a adult and, it comes with something to take a percent off the house. even if it would be 20 dollars or something, it can help out a parent if the kid really wants it and has done a lot to earn it. with 300 a parent could buy a lot of other things. but I'm sure if you wait a month or so that price could go down. or maybe after Christmas you could find one on sale because someone returned it for whatever reason. Idk to me. it's a little expensive.
