In this video, i will show you how to Clean the fuel injection in less than 5 minutes Directly without disassembling any injections, it will be direct injection cleaning by connecting carb cleaner can to injector rail, and staring up the engine BUT keep in mind to remove the fuel pump fuse, because we don't need fuel pump to push gasoline, the fuel line is disconnected, carb cleaner can connected instead with an adapter
Half of carb cleaner can can give you best results, and if you of you do it with the whole can, even better

Did this other day...I was able to use almost a full can before I had to stop do to carb cleaner leaking all over the place..next time I will do a better job attaching connections etc.. 40 plus psi is a lot of pressure .seems to be best way to clean fuel injectors for me..cost me $4 for cleaner.

What the hell... That was brilliant.... would that work for a 2002 Rover 75 cdti .... it uses the BMW 2 litre common rail Diesel engine.... put it 320d 520d - I don’t know common rail means all injectors come OUT on rail 🤯 btw just Subscribed NO ONE else on internet made cleaning injectors look so EASY (ish) I knew about engines in 80s but now it’s all plug 🔌 your computer 👩💻 ..... What’s a Computer???

@@AliMECH some UA-cam videos recommend removing injectors o-ring before flushing carb cleaners to protect them from being damaged. What do you say about that? Can this way of injectors cleaning apply to motorcycles?
@@michaeltkapele5031 I have never seen any damage on o rings with carb cleaner, even if I remove them, I clean them with carb cleaner afterword

Ok i tried this today and unable to start the car when connected the cleaner with fuel line not sure the reason

Certain vehicles you can't do this. Tried it on my 06 F150, and the relay is part of the fuse panel, so i pulled the fuel pump fuse insteaf and got the rail up to pressure with the can, but it never started. Come to find out, without the fuel pump fuse, the injectors dont get energized, so i had to pull the rail and do it one by one. Still, though, if this is done on a system that has the injectors separate from the pump, or even better, on a return system, then you'll be fine.

Mivec engines r Port injected. No cleaning required. Just dump a few cycles of fuel injector cleaner into a coupla tanks of gas, drive hard and its done

No, take the injectors out and clean them separately, running diesel engines with carb cleaner is like running them with gasoline

Is it best to have it as close to the injectors as possible? Or can I connect it further down the line as well? in my car, my fuel rail is screwed onto the fuel inlet line and right before it is the mechanical high pressure fuel pump, and right before the fuel pump would be the most accessible location to do this. Thanks
Get your fuel in the low, about a 1/4 and pour a can injector cleaner in.
Run the engine til low level. That should give the same result.

I've gotta try this on my Jeep. I have noticebly lower gas mileage, occassional misfiring on start ups, and i was going to remove the rails to see the before and after effect myself. Wana see if indeed any of the injectors are clogged.

Dont try on diesel engines, it will clean it, but it harms the engine, they are not designed for high flammable fuels

HI, for Toyota Vitz 2012 how should I clean the oxygen sensor, intake valve etc., by using a simple technique. In one of your videos you sprayed carb cleaner through the PCV valve and in another sprayed through the vacuum hose while the car was running. Are these two the same? Kindly explain

Hello, have subaru xv 2014 fb20 engine, 105000mile. I have removed and cleaned every injector with abro carb cleaner, they was partialy cloged and after cleaning injectors spraied good,, but when I assembled and started engine, I have received rich fuel ratio, LFTR is -5% on idle 660 rpm, and it seems that car does not acceleratied as early and mpg is bad.I have replaced air filtre, cleaned MAP, MAF and first o2 sensors, trotle body, PCV valve, replaced spark plugs, but without any result. Rich air fuel ratio bad perfomance and mpg.

Hello , my car is polo 1.2 tdi (diesel )in India , it's driven 1lac18 thousand kilometers with proper timely services using fully synthetic Castrol edge 5w40 , is it still advisable for my car to do injector cleaning like this ? As I don't see any problem with the performance till date , as vw engineers don't recommend such injector cleaners as they say it spoils the injectors soon than if they were never touched or cleaned with injector cleaner sprays ?

I never tried it on 6 Cylinders, but some ppl couldn't get the engine running, even it the engine didn't run, but the carb cleaner gets in the injectors and clean them, its co powerful for dissolving

Hello I have an accord 2018 and the dealer is charging a lot of $$$$ to replace all injectors for a misfire on cyl 1.

Do you mean it didnt start with carb cleaner?, if so, the carb cleaner can didn't provide enough pressure to run the engine, and even if it wont run the engine, it will still goes through the fuel injectors and clean them
@@AliMECH The car started and ran when I connected the carb cleaner. But now afterward, when I reconnected the fuel line, the car won't start. I'm going to do some tests to see if I gunked up my spark plugs or something, but was curious if you had any ideas.

I have a mk6 golf r with 115k km on it, had this car from brand new. Been having misfire at wot past few weeks, changed spark plugs, still same thing, then I did exactly this trick, only for about 45 secs to 1 min of running time on carb cleaner. Now the car is fine, and actually alot smoother on pick ups too! Thanks for saving me hundreds of dollars!!

I'm 71 got my first ASE CERT. in 1974 on the new GM HEI ignitions systems. Working at a GM dealership at the time an old man showed me a way to clean the combustion chambers on any car using ATF, any brand or kind and does an excellent job on injectors. GM use to sell a similar product years ago (in the 70-80"s) that was poured slowly into the Carb. Smoked like chit but cleaned everything from carb to pistons of carbon. ATF burns at a hotter temp than gas when it burns. I've yet to have an issue on injectors getting clogged. 6-8 oz of ATF every 4-6 weeks. I'll continue doing this as long as I live.
Is this Jet fuel you are referring to. Do you put the 6-8oz to a full tank?

Can't just disconnect the fuel line..it's pressurized. Got to take out a certain fuse and disconnect the battery and only then can you disconnect the fuel line from the rail.

Doesn't the carb-cleaner damage the pistons? It's like adding straight ETHER. It's too much of an explosion in the cycylinders.
Hi I removed the EFI Fuse 2 which is 20A but car didnt start on carb cleaner car is nsp120 toyota not sure why it didnt start is there any other fuse not this one but this one state gasoline and after taking this fuse out the gasoline didnt pump out so I believe this is correct fuse for gasoline but car didnt start it was cranking

And for some reason I just don’t feel like it’s safe to be cleaning the fuel injectors inside the engine. The debris has to go somewhere if it’s not in a fuel injector.
Yes, I've put some of the fuel injector cleaning solution to a fuel tank, and it worked but I had to replace all spark plugs after that.
At this point just remove them from the assembly and send them to a garage close to you to clean them on a bench.
Try to do it ,start to spray and the pressure became to match the engine didnt start ,i asume that the liquid didnt reach the injectors and it had back presure to the spray ,what did i did wrong?
No, the carb cleaner can didn't provide enough pressure, dry other brands, or bigger cans
