Good job on getting that tomato puree' open without making a huge mess !!! If it were me doing that, I'd be wearing it all over my shirt & the floor ! Great job on the soup ! I could almost smell it !

Delicious looking soup. Another good way to try, after you strain the soup, put and boil half the vegetables. Then using a blender or hand blender, blend it all. Put back on stove and drop rest of vegetables and fish filets without using tomatoes or tomato puree. Round it up at the end with some heavy cream or half & half!

I can’t believe your fuel filter was so rusted!! 😄 How often do you replace it? I change mine every 6 months to be on the safe side. Make sure you put the date on the fuel filter with a permanent marker. That way, few moths down the road, you’ll know when you need to replace it.

Wear a scuba mask when cutting onions never cried since I started doing it. Also roast the veg in a large baking dish at 400 degrees 30 min for carmalazation, in the stove top pan over crowding prevented the process from happening. Also I have a sweet and easy knife sharpener I want to give you next time Im in KL prolly in 2 weeks hope to pick up a couple rigs from you then too.

OH yeah and pro fish broth tip, put all the potatoes and carrots and garlic and stuff in the water to boil first, add the fish last, you'll get all the broth and also all the meat because the fish meat will still stick to the bone instead of breaking apart. The fish only needs about 15 mins in the boil. Then you just suck the meat off the bone like meat off of ribs. yummmmm
