I was reading this at the same time as it actually happened in the video
For anyone who doesn't understand the story.
Essentially the main character had this...ability to "go astral" the game takes place in this astral dimension where he's reliving his past. At a young age he was kidnapped by a pair of psychopaths who presented as a couple, the father, dressed as a clown kidnapped him from his father and murdered both his father and mother.
The "mom" he trips down the stairs was in fact the psychopath and afterwards he was sent to an orphanage. Feeling guilty about the murder of his "mum" that entire time, until he went "Astral" again and discovered the truth and hence the games title "find yourself".

@@ticccaillou1712 I managed to piece it all together by reading the subtitles whilst Daz was screaming. Just give it a re-watch near the end he starts explaining most of it in subtitles at the bottom of the screen.
