I made this dish this evening and it was superb! In lieu of the chicken I used white cannellini beans seasoned with cajun spice and garlic!

I made this with sautéed shiritaki rice instead of orzo. Soooo delicious! This will be my fav meal for the foreseeable future. So good!

Yes. Poultry seasoning. Different brands add different ingredients but essentially it's just a spice blend that goes well with chicken. Most add salt, thyme, and then either more herbs like rosemary or paprika and cumin.
