I’ve been subscribed to this channel since 2015, and I’m pretty sure I’ve seen every video! My favorite part of this video was the booty workout! I love the motivation I get from her videos which is why I watch every video. Watching Heidi evolve has also helped me evolve. My favorite way to drink my morning coffee and stir up some excitement for my workout! And… today is glutes and hamstrings, so this was extra motivating. I love that she motivates me to put on a cute outfit, do my hair and makeup and live my life to its fullest! Love you Heidi 💕

Hi Heidi - your videos brought sunshine to my evening. I work at 5AM and just logged off. It is almost 6PM here. I wake up at 2:30 to get to the gym bc that is the only time slot available. I hardly take lunch due to mtgs and deadlines. I live vicariously through you. The freedom of being your own boss but that doesn’t mean time to slack off. You put in your time and effort to yourself, BB, friendships, and Christian.
