Hi. I do not understand how u get that snow effect. The method looks just like a normal candle but somehow u get the snow effect for the candle.

I believe it's how Palm wax dries.

As the comment below said, you can make a snowflake pattern if you use palm wax.
If you pour it in at the right temperature, you will be able to see various sizes of snowflake.
