Because of the feds that was involved with the recognition some help with organizing it they want to act as though they were Justin Foreman but their positions where at the highest ranking and they helped tell people how to do things and where. Surveillance is already rampant and has been for a long time. Computers and phones can be monitored anytime they want. I know a man who was out fishing on an Alaskan river and feds showed up to get him for some infraction he committed, they got him by the GPS on his phone. Edward Snowden pointed out that even if your iPhone is "off" a part of the speaker system is still on, also about computer cameras being able to see into your home, etc.
Even that TVs have been manufactured that will surveille INSIDE YOUR HOME EVEN WHEN TURNED OFF.

@@MrMajikman1 I don't know about that. If a phone (unplugged) and a credit card chip can relay information, it seems an unplugged TV could have something going on we aren't aware of. I had a multi-function copier turn on and do crazy stuff in the middle of the night. Not sure if it was plugged in or not. But I know it was turned OFF. It freaked me out.

@@onion6foot Turned off and unplugged are two different things. If a computer is unplugged, there is no power to the unit. If your copier was just turned off but still plugged in, then there is still power to the unit, and most likely you are using a wireless connection. So if your router is plugged in and your copier is plugged in but both are turned off, then yes the spying can continue. As far as cellphones go, you would have to remove the battery for the spying to stop. If you turn off your car, the battery still keeps the clock/radio settings in place, however, if you disconnect the battery, everything needs to be reset again.

I heard some years ago from a wife of a deceased Marine officer that there was regular surveillance technology (this was fifteen years ago...) of people installed in many heavy traffic street lamps. Similar cameras were implanted in ex: large high palm trees in, for example - as she informed me, in parts of Beaufort County, SC. e.g., usually when you hear about it, it's pretty much a done thing.
So the prove of innocence is now upon the accused, you are guilty until you prove that you are innocent. Part of the "domestic terrorism" project I would imagine. Stasi State here we come!!! with a little bit of interrogation in between of course.

I think facial recognition is going to be like the polygraph test . It’s too easy to be wrong. It will be good to narrow down suspects, but law enforcement will still have to do the leg work to rule out Innocent people and not just take the facial recognition as the only probable cause to make a arrest.
Alone it should not be enough to ask them questions though. It should only be evidence enough to look at them a bit closer for anything out of the ordinary and only cover very basic checks. Call it a person of interest if something comes up in the process. Then they can ask questions after a positive ID and only because of the red flag issue, not the facial recognition flag alone.
