is archer is the only one who had healing capabilities? I kinda want a class who can specialize in buffing and healing the party especially in this type of mode
People talk a lot of smack about this game, but it honestly has some of the most polished raids I've ever seen for an anime MMORPG. It has both elements of nostalgia where you would lag out from so many people in old MMORPG's like LUNA Online but also a lot more interactive moments that you would see in games like Monster Hunter
what are you talking about? 90% of the video is people piling up infront of the boss spamming attacks. There's no teamplay or tactics here. All people are doing is mindlessly zerging up on the boss.
@@exidrial431 I feel like just by your statement alone, you haven't played old school anime MMORPG's where the devs didn't make an instance for the raids or understand how their raids would function. That's not a bad thing of course, but just to clarify, old anime MMORPG's that had these raids where: 1. They were not in an instanced raid. People would pile up in one map on the server and it would be an extreme lagfest for both raiders and for non-raiders that were just going through the map. 2. You say people are mindlessly zerging here, which wouldn't be wrong, but this level of zerging is levels beyond better than what older MMORPG's did. You actually have to move, position, and juggle skill cooldown timers. In older anime MMORPG's, you literally just pick a spot and start facerolling on your keyboard because there's over 20 skills in your rotation. To me, that's mindlessly zerging. Even as a healer, you just pick one area and dish out AoE heals with some ST heals every now and then. 3. There are actual attacks that you should be dodging and the raid boss not only moves, but isn't lagging from the players + their attacks. You used to not bother dodging, moving or even repositioning because you can't even see where the attacks are going to hit, and if you are hit, you literally just sit in the same spot waiting to get a heal because you want to just keep attacking. That on top of the mindlessly zerging from point #2. Like, there's no thinking involved, you look more at your own hp + the skill cooldown timers on your hotbar than the raid boss itself. If the raid was 2 hours long because of lag or the boss has inflated HP, or people kept dying, you still spend more than 60% of the time looking at your UI instead of the boss itself. Braindead gameplay compared to what we see here. Also, raids in MMORPG's usually never have teamplay or tactics. It's in no way shape or form similar to the actual anime you see like Log Horizon etc lmfao. Only like what, 5% of people actually setup a party for balancing out their strengths. Literally raid bosses are more or less HP sponges with some mechanics with drops people want. It's not like modern non-MMORPG games that want you to formulate something. A lot of the fun in these MMORPG raids is how chaotic it is because everyone is simply going at the boss for contribution rewards or such.
@@exidrial431 lmao There's a reason he specifies "anime MMO" because 99% of anime MMOs are complete garbage and the devs of those games couldn't figure out how to make a decent raid if they tried. Anime MMOs are largely made as cash grabs, and there are none that are actually good. All of the big, successful MMOs have raids with mechanics that basically require you to watch a YT vid or get kicked. There's a reason they were successful and no anime MMO has even been able to break the top 5.
@@vewyscawymonsta Thank you! Everything you just said. Anime MMORPG's were never developed seriously and were essentially all garbage. I unfortunately like anime, MMORPG's and garbage games so I wasn't winning, but I had fun.
Huh, I didn't know Pikmin 4 was an anime MMO. XD What did you do to shut off the UI at one point? It looked like it was pretty quick. I'm definitely going Twin Striker for early game if I play this. Think I'll enjoy punching bags like this dude more if I use that.
So it's just the type of game where everyone is mindlessly doing their own thing and attacking? No tactics, just dodge? No raid comp setups, no synergy, just attack?
Bro, what you just described is the standard of MMOJRPGs. If you don’t like that then go play a more westernized mmo like FF14, Elder Scrolls online, or WoW. And before you mention about how FF14 is designed by a Japanese company, it was designed and marketed mostly by Sony which is now an American company and has been so for the past 12 years now.
@@gitjiggybruh "Can't get carried"?! You have that backwards. This game takes zero actual teamwork, you can absolutely be carried. You can literally sit in the corner and AFK. In a proper raid with mechanics that take team coordination that wouldn't be possible, but it's 100% possible here.
Blue protocol devs undeniably like their monsters designs, and another dragon boss is coming (seen in the music trailer) but the worm and current dragon cannot be labeled as identical. Boss Villains like Dragon King (The red, black, grey villain in most trailers) will be available in a future story chapter.
@ericsai744 cabr be labeled as identical let's see .... 1. Constant aoe jump over the thing was in the dragon fight 2. The objects falling from the sky you have to dodge was in the dragon fight 3. Unless you consider lost ark. Then the combat and raids far outperforms this shallow game. But then again it has way more budget, devs that listen to the community and has had way more development time. In time, im sure blue protocol will come to be a good game, i just hope it releases in the west as such

someone hasn't seen all the devstreams. In one of the first devstreams they show that the UI is customizable, you can remove things, add things and even change things to different places. So complaining about the UI makes no sense when you can customise it in your own way.
Wow, crazy raid. Everybody standing in a pile infront of the boss spamming attacks. Such gameplay much wow Even when the boss jumps up people keep spamming their attacks and don't even dodge when it slams back down. This is trash lmao.
The complete chaos of different character voices makes it kinda funny 😂

Would love to see a video on the state of Blue protocol every now and then. Since most people have last heard it was lacking content.
is archer is the only one who had healing capabilities? I kinda want a class who can specialize in buffing and healing the party especially in this type of mode
I think you would mean then that you want a weapon class that specializes in that. Which I agree with
All classes are designed to be self sufficient, facilitating solo play. There is no "healer" and likely never will be. This isn't a holy trinity MMO.
@@vewyscawymonstaarcher literally has a buff and healing skills
