- Details: This tutorial teaches you how to do a simple ninja. You can use this move in an also out of many other moves. Play with your options and create something incredible.
Disclaimer: These Tutorials on Breakdancing are meant to help spread knowledge to kids and adults who otherwise wont get it, and to help preserve to culture in which we call Hip Hop. Please help keep Hip Hop Alive!
Warning: These tutorials do involve moves that take time and hard work to learn and should not be attempted until you master the basics (Toprocks, Basic Footwork & Basic Freezes). Make sure you get comfortable with the moves before moving on, and make sure you have an open space to dance in. I am not responsible for any injures, sore muscles or broken furniture while you are attempting these tutorials. Take it easy until you feel comfortable. i loves ur tutorials, I gotta practice this before my summer camp Olympics comes in August. I LOVE how u take a breakdance move and u break down the steps of how to do it
the summer Olympics is for kids and we have to dance first. So we coming up with a dance, I am the one who is going to breakdance, wish me luck.

For sure man. Im planning on creating some videos that show you how to use your dance moves as a workout, which also teaches you how to make your moves stronger. I also have playlists if you looking for which moves to start with. Top rocks is something easy to begin with.

Right leg over left reaching towards the left side in ninja position = right handed. Vice versa = left handed. He did the right handed one.

Make some conditioning or light weight training videos lol. My core sucks at the normal sit ups dont seem to be helping. And my legs and arms are kidna week to lol
My friend said that thismove is a spinning sweep not a ninja... and that the ninja is only the freeze... so man plz clarify if this move is a spinning sweep or a ninja..
