I'm an F1 fan for over 15 years. I have to admit that what the WEC has done with these new hypercar categories has me more interested in it than F1

Yup me too. F1 is blood boring.
They're too big, especially for all the street tracks they seem to exclusively race on now, and they're way too sensitive.
There's no challenging, no battles, and overtaking is done easily one the first straight they see with DRS.
WEC is complete opposite. Especially with multiclass racing... it adds a whole new layer which makes it so exciting.

You tend not to think about how little space the driver's have. They are like crammed in there. That's how you end a video. Percussion session end's with "Ladies and Gentleman Please start your Engine's" erprrrrrrrruh!

Spa's main straight has grooved pavement?! That is weird for a racetrack. I have never seen that before.
Quite a few circuits have grooved surfaces for water drainage. Interlagos and Suzuka do too I believe

Imo they should either drop the second seat requirement, or require them to do a certain number of laps with a passenger during the race.
