Make sure the resperator catersge is designed for vapours and not dust. If you can still smel the redin then uou have a dust catersge. Make sure you have fit tested the reprrator. Put your hands over the cartridgesi, if you get air, tighten the straps. Note: favisl hair vapours will get in your lungs. I'm in construction and am madated to wear when dealing with toxins. The molds are from a company that make them to ratio. Phi Molds are the best however they do not ship to UK any more. Metal must be 50% to resin at least. Metal shards can be obtained quite cheaply from a metal recyling plant. Different metals vibrate at different frequencies, however you may just find one you really like working on! I really resonate with brass. As long as you have one piece of quartz it will work, but adding more crystals can bring intent for a subject. Healing, focus or whatever.... play! its so much fun
Hello. It really depends on the materials you use. The types of crystals, and if you can get metal cheap. Buying metal swarf online is expensive! But if you have a workshop where you can get cast offs makes it more cost effective. Crystals also range in price/quality. 5kg of resin is about £50.

You can strip wires for the copper inside, when you use big crystals you need less rasin. GOOD LUCK
